Easy Ordering
Ordering from the owner (very patient, knowledgeable, sweet man) was so easy! He promised my dress by the middle of June when other shops said first of July was the earliest date possible. My dress arrived APRIL 6th!!! Dress is beautiful and very well made. Thank you, Mr Simon!

I found a dress online that I loved
I found a dress online that I loved. I looked up where I could buy the dress. I was directed to Madame Bridal. I called and spoke with Simon and over the phone I ordered the dress. I absolutely love the dress. I bought it for my son’s wedding this November 2026. I will be heading back to Florida in October to have some alterations done. Exact Dress We Wanted w/Fast Shipping
We found a prom dress in a shop while traveling and did't want to have to travel home with it. Found the exact dress on Madame Bridal and ordered it for less. We were a little skeptical after reading some of the reviews, but we got the exact dress we expected in prefect condition. Very pleased!

A pleasant and trustworthy experience
First of all, I would like to give a thank you to Madame bridal, usually I don’t put my trust in into companies that have to ship from another state ,I took a chance on Madame bridal and getting my daughter the dress size that she needed and we are in Texas the gentleman which is the owner I cannot remember his name, but he was very helpful. I received the dress in less than 10 days. My daughter was ecstatic. It was beautiful, barely barely wrinkled at the train of the dress. I am very pleased with this company and I hope anyone that orders their dress from Madame bridal will have the same experience that I did. I am extremely grateful cause I could not find that particular dress in my daughter’s size anywhere so thank you Mr. Madame bridal.❤️❤️❤️❤️

While you mention our clear no-return policy, you failed to mention that you have kept the dress without providing payment after initiating a chargeback. Attempting to keep a high-end designer gown while simultaneously forcing a refund through a bank is a practice known as 'friendly fraud.' We are a dedicated boutique, and while our prices are indeed good, they rely on honest transactions between the store and the client."

Gown is well made came in early yayyyy I lost weight so it was too big as I expected had it altered and it fits like a glove!

Ordered dress and dress didn't fit so returned dress. Tracking shows Madame Bridal received dress back. They kept my $700 plus and got their dress back. Sheer robbery. I am still making payments on dress madame bridal has and has probably sold again and gotten more money for it. Im disappointed, angry, disgusted with this company. Please do not buy from them or you will get robbed.

When searching for my prom dress, the entire process was very easy due to their very in-depth website. Exchange/Return Policy does not work for every situation
I have ordered from Madame Bridal every year for an event dress. This year the dress I tried on locally fit and the dress I ordered from them same dress and size did not fit. They will not take the dress back, They stated they can only do an exchange. I did not have time for the exchange process and I had to order the correct size. I now have a dress that fits and one that does not. I am now stuck with an extra dress that does not fit. I will buy locally from now on.

Ordered 2 dresses worth over £2000 on…
Ordered 2 dresses worth over £2000 on the 12th January for my daughter’s wedding on the 19th February and to this date, 12th March, not received them. They have no idea how to make international shipments as the documents they sent for clearing in the UK were insufficient and the parcel has been returned to the US. I have emailed and called numerous times and can’t get anyone to talk to me. Absolutely disgusting service for a family business! I WOULD NOT order from them at any cost!

Thank you for your feedback. According to our shipping records, your order was processed and shipped within the promised time frame after it was placed. Tracking shows that the package arrived at customs in Great Britain on January 21, 2026, and the shipping obligation on our end was fulfilled.
Our system also shows that notifications were sent regarding the shipment and its status. Unfortunately, the package was not collected after arriving in your country. We are always happy to help customers receive their orders, and we previously asked how you would like us to proceed so the order can still reach you.

Do Not Order From this Website!
Updating: costumer service is very difficult with Madame Bridal. They do not answer emails, will not answer the phone and refuse to help. They did however give me a Return Authorization number. So I immediately mailed the dress that did not fit back to them. Now they have the dress and my money but are not helping me with ordering an exchange dress. I am actually trying to give them more money, but they are not helpful. This is a rough process for Prom dresses for teenage girls.
