Avoid avoid avoid!!!! They don't pay and owe hundreds of people who worked for them. Liars and thieves.

This company does not even deserve a 1 star rating.
I did 1 day’s work for them in November 2023 and I have still not been paid, despite many emails back and forth, a small claims and now a CCJ. They only owed me £49 but I am not letting this go.
Seemingly, this is happening to many other SAs and I am wondering now how much money they are, in fact, stealing.
My emails have been passed on to the “Financial Controller”, whoever that may be…

I would highly discourage anyone from using this agency. They are just bullies, drug pushers and criminals.

I once accepted a job about an ad about Korea and once I got got confirmed it was to be a soldier for Kim jong un. I felt completely uncomfortable taking part in such a controversial role and then once I politely declined I received a phone call from a female staff basically threatening me to cut me off from the agency, she even belittled me and expressed her disappointment and dissatisfaction because I didn’t take on a controversial role.

I’m only opening up now because It affects me till this day. This was years ago but I will not be silenced

This company is literally stealing and taking people's money. I can't believe they are still in operation. This should be reported not only the Union but to the Police and media as well.

Same as everyone else. I'm owed for 2 productions from July and September 2023. I have a CCJ against them as have others, they are trading insolvently so "that's a wrap" for MD 2020.

Same issue as everyone else. Yet to be paid for one day on set I did in mid-April. Hear nothing and only get a response when I pursue the matter. Was told a month ago that my case was unique and that they'd work on getting it sorted. Clearly a lie. I sent another email today and have got a vague email back saying they are urgently seeking financial advice in order to operate. Sounds like they are in a bad way. Avoid and just use other casting companies who are far more efficient

THEY WILL NOT PAY YOU.
I spent 3 hours travelling to North Wales to do a night shoot in October 2023. I had a great experience on set thanks to production, but an awful experience afterwards thanks to MadDog. They haven't paid me after numerous emails, calls, and even a CCJ. SA's on the same shoot but from different agencies got paid within 6 weeks. I haven't been paid after 9 months.

They say they've escalated this to 'the board' but 'the board' have all resigned. To whoever is working in accounts, shame on you for continuing to work for an absolute sham of a company and giving SA's automated responses.

They are still sending me job enquiries, so I have no idea how production companies are still using them after they've proved they're disastrous.

Please please avoid this company and do not work for them.

They're likely to be dissolved soon and find a way not to pay anybody. It's disgusting behaviour and the people responsible should be banned from starting up a company ever again.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They don’t pay you your wages.

They do not pay you, when you ask for an update on what you are owed they respond with the same auto message as the last.

Still haven't been paid nearly 1 year later, don't waste your time

I was told I would receive it in January and it’s just been lie after lie. Holding on to peoples hard earned money is illegal and it’s foul that they’re still sending out job enquiries.

Unpaid for two jobs in July 2023. No communication since Jan 24.
Productions confirmed invoices were paid. The only money they were entitled to was the commission on my fee - withholding my earnings is illegal.
I hope all the directors involved are banned from starting up again.

Started working with Maddog in November, I have been on 4 different jobs and still have not been paid. They lie to you and take fee's their not supposed to take. If you want experience in the industry and do not mind working for free then go for it.

Did a job last July-August and have still not been paid. Get repeated messages for new jobs but have advised I do not wish to do anymore as they don't seem able to pay or communicate on the matter.

Same story as everyone else on here. I am owed hundreds for work carried out last summer and autumn. They have been issued with a County Court Judgement and have still not paid me.
They do not answer the phone or reply to emails.
Disgusting and insulting behaviour for all those decent hardworking SA's.

Like everyone else, I haven't been paid for work done last September. They should not still be in operation. All the board members bar one (Graham Beswick) have resigned. I've emailed him directly to ask for payment. I've taken out a claim and a CCJ against them, but no luck. Would be interested to know if anyone has actually been paid anything in the last year.

They owe me money from 2 jobs 1 year ago, I am in the process of a ccj then enforcement action against them, they're not answering the phone either so I would say they are going into administration.

If you work for Mad Dog, you’ll waste your time chasing them down for your payment. Avoid at all costs.

I have been waiting over 5 months to get paid from a production.
They have sent me an availability enquiry for a job however I declined as I am unsure of the viability status of the organisation. I felt it was reasonable not to add to their situation.
