Ordered a tshirt in Medium but was too small. Posted back and didn't include returns form inside however I spoke with Customer Services to make them aware and to ask if they could confirm they had received back. They said they have not received back and so have not received refund. Not helpful and won't use again as now have no tshirt and no refund.

Bought 2 Escrima sticks and they were both different weights and thickness. One end of the stick was even carved to a cone shape!? Customer services email asked for pictures and after all that......'they're machine made'!?
Ok great, not shopping here again nor should any one else!

They purposely marked my order as awaiting for shipping after a few hours to make my order uncancelable. This is a ridiculous policy. They are now going to ship out my order and make me return it and lose my shipping fee for no reason. I wouldn’t order from here if at all possible. The customer service team were very unhelpful.

Wish I could give zero star, very slow to dispatch items and still waiting a month for a refund on a returned item. Disgusting customer service.

This is a typical uncontactable company. All ok until the order goes wrong like mine and the courier is also uncontactable, This is when a company should shine and not hide behind generic messages. Get a telephone line installed and talk to people like good companies do.

Been buying from this company for over 10 years now. Never had any issues. Items arrive very fast and are great quality.

Orders some clothing items from them. I received a part delivery and expected the rest to arrive soon, they never did so I contacted them after a while and they said because I took too long to get in touch they cannot confirm if I got the items or not so refused to give me what I purchased. Definitely will avoid buying from here again.
