We're truly sorry to hear about your experience. This is not the quality we stand behind, and we completely understand your frustration. Losing buttons after just one day is not normal behavior for our cases, and we believe you may have received a defective unit.

We back all of our cases with a one-year replacement warranty for exactly this reason.
