Amazing self storage company. Honestly couldn't be happier, very personalised and welcoming service in Banbury. Not what you'd expect from a storage business but they really make it feel like a little community. Facilities are well maintained and staff accommodate requests.

phoned up on the day and they had storage available which was easily booked with an online id check and contract. arrived and erin sorted out some final details, provided me with my lock and showed me how to access my block and locker - making the whole process quick, smooth, and easy. really impressive price for the size locker that i got - and they have good deals for your first few months!! would 100% recommend and the nottingham branch is pretty close to lenton so amazing for students!!

Big shout out to Erin at Nottingham branch for helping us move in last Saturday. We had left it way too late to book temporary storage for my daughters belongings in between rentals whilst studying at UON. Erin was super friendly and helped us find the perfect sized unit which was competitively priced plus she made the whole check in process simple and painless. We would definitely use Magenta again.
