Easy transaction and quickly delivered. Always great when you are buying stuff and the lights are good as well but pretty poor on answering questions and with no phone number you are left relying on email which is sometimes good and other times just not answered. Yes I have checked my spam!

Ordered on 27 January, on 28th I received a shipment notification, on 31st I received an email saying that delivery would not be until around 18 February.

Great light, bought the helmet mounting strap too. The mounting strap is easy to fit and secures the light. Light is great and bright. Does what it needs to do. I feel it's probably better suited to a mounting on the bars than the head as it's heavier than I'd like. Probably just a personal preference but I wanted something that could pinch put extra light to pair with another light from MagicShine on my bars

Excellent light. Would have been 5 stars, but dispatch was two weeks, instead of 48 hour delivery.

Very solid and well built light so far No issues. Really bright and definitely helps alert drivers with a wide range of light displayed. Would recommend!!

I bought a Magicshine Monteer 8000S. It is a great light but the issue is with the poor quality battery cable. The cables keep failing. I have other MTB lights that I use alongside this and bought at the same time and I've had no issus with their cables. I do not use the lights loads and yet 4 cables have now failed. I've spent around £80 on new cables plus the hassle of a intermittent light at times
I emailed MagicShine distributor UK and they stated that there were quality issues with the cables and that they had now been updated and that I could try wrapping electrical tape around the cable to make it stronger, just what you expect to have to do on a £350+ light!...they have been selling low quality crap.
I asked for a complimentary cable as some good will due to their admitting the cables have been poor quality and I have heard nothing back. The cables they are now selling do look exactly ther sae as the ones I've had so not sure what has changed...if anything.
Lots of great lights out there. If you want to avoid buying a new cable each year and the hassle of your light going out when the connection is lost...avoid MagicShine!!!!!

Paid and waiting more than 2 weeks now. Delivery says it's been delivered but I haven't received anything.

SeeMee300 not working keeps going off! I have other magicshine lights and did have faith but that has gone now as nobody from support or warranty will respond to my emails!!

Product turned up on time. User instructions poor, too small print. Not obvious how to open remote control and remove the plastic patch that isolates the battery. Light good not sure yet as to whether the phone app will work the light. Lost petzl head lamp same day as bike light delivered! Bugger it! Bad luck

Inadvertently placed my order around 8 hrs before free delivery promotion began although goods were not dispatched until the day after. Messaged the company on 23rd explaining and requesting refund of postage costs. As of Dec 2nd, no reply and no refund received. Once before I used their 'contact us' section and received no response to my message then, took it as a one off but now have to consider their customer communication as very poor.

Easy ordering process and clear website and delivery was prompt. Good product hopefully but seem good. Not used yet.

Purchased for a Christmas gift but I've owned one of these for several years, recently upgraded to the MOH55 Aquila. My advice "Don't think about buying one just do it" you won't be disappointed, sheere quality 💯%
