It’s been almost a month and I haven’t received anything. This is a scam

Ordered on 19th November. They charged £10 more than their advertised price! Today, 13th November still no sign of the order. Tracking has not updated since order date of 19th November. 6 emails to enquire have all been ignored.
Is this another SCAM company from China?

I placed my order almost 2 weeks ago. The page advised delivery within 48 hours! I paid £5.95 for delivery.

I haven't received my order, or any tracking information. The shop app still says ready to ship!

I've emailed and had no response. Very frustrating experience so far!

Ordered 3 items as Christmas gifts on 23rd November and still waiting for them to be delivered. Tracking information has said the order is processing for 3 weeks. Emailed asking for an update and basically they said to track it! When I go to the tracker via the website it says order not found. Hoping it is poor communication and the items arrive next week, otherwise I will be raising a dispute.

Ordered still hasn’t come no reply on email still trying to get a response, been 2weeks now so I’ll take it as a scam if not received or any response in the next 3 days

Ordered this product 2 weeks ago, tracking information has shown 'ready to ship' for most of that time. Emailed them to request to cancel and claim a refund as per their cancellation policy. They then advise that they are checking with the warehouse and will get back to me. I respond stating that I'm not asking for tracking info, I want to cancel the order. After a further delay in them responding, they advise it is well on its way to me, even though the tracking info hasn't changed. If I don't have the item within the next 48hrs I'll be opening a dispute with PayPal. 100% wouldn't recommend this company! I would have rated 0 stars if it was an option!

Do not buy! Order placed on 25 Nov 24 with standard delivery. Still not received on 10 December. Case raised with PayPal.

Purchased, took my money, no email, no confirmation, Tori must be a bot because you get an immediate response from support and then nothing...going to the bank to try and get my money back...

My magic styler arrived quickly and quite honestly have used it every day. I am a hairdresser and cannot wait this magic styler enough. I love love live it!! So easy to use

Ordered this product for my daughter fir Christmas on the 27th November payment was taken on the 28th received a confirmation number but no order confirmation email still not received the airstyler and the confirmation number isn’t the order number! Contacted them via their online form but no reply or delivery as yet not happy as urs a Christmas present and I’m not sure I’ll ever receive it either so it’s gonna cost me again to order from elsewhere!

Very poor material. All made of plastic. Please don’t buy from than. If you tried to send it back and ask for refund they won’t give it back.
Please don’t waste your money.

SCAM do not use, took money and a random tracking number appears in my Shop app, no communication and when trying to email get a bounce back to say email does not exist

Bought this after reading so many reviews online and waiting for it to go on sale so j could finally try it. Live in AUS and it arrived quite quickly. Loved it. So easy to use, so good on my hair and no damage. Couldn't be happier. Highly recommended!

An amendment to my original 1 star review (see below - the product arrived the day after I left my 1 star review due to the delayed delivery time.. 🤔)
The product itself is quite good. At first I wasn’t sure as the styling heads seem a bit cheaply made and get very hot but they actually work well. Took a while to get the hang of the left and right curling heads but, with the right technique, they also do a good job. If you can afford the more expensive versions, I would go with those but, if not, this product is a pretty good compromise. Just be prepared to wait a while before it arrives!

It arrived too late. The customer service was very poor. And when I finally got it, it was damaged. Not working at all.

Ordered 4 weeks ago and still not received the hair styler.
I have contacted them via email and social media no response!
I have now opened a case with PayPal so hoping I can get my money back.
I'm annoyed I didn't read enough reviews before ordering. Clearly this company is not legit. Extremely disappointed to potentially lose out on £50 so close to Xmas. But these kind of people/ companies don't care!

Ordered the magic styler on the 27.11.2024, i have received no order confirmation but they have taken the money out of my bank. i have contacted customer services several times but get no response.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE.

So basically I got a damaged product before using it. When it arrived, I immediately charged it. Then it still didn’t work. After charging it multiple times, I knew there was something wrong with it. I contacted the company and they want to send me a replacement. Service was good. So, hopefully the new one will work.
