Have sent 4 emails and 1 direct message on their site about a faulty item, been sending these since 25th December and still not received any contact from them. Very bad and no phone number to ring!! Terrible customer service ☹️

The item arrived quickly and I had requested a plug for a different country than my country since this is a gift. Everything wase correctand arrived in good order.

Resolved my issues brilliantly, can’t fault them

It is very easy to use with wonderful results. Now I ordered another two for my granddaughters.

Do not order from this company! I got the magic styler and plugged it in and it had 0 power. Never has worked from the minute I received it! Tried contacting them numerous times, even responded to an email where they wanted to know how I like it! I don’t like it because it’s a piece of s**t and you won’t respond to any of my emails!

Lovely piece of equipment, treats hair gently and saves a lot a money!

I love the way the magic styler dries my hair. It used to dry quite frizzy but now it dries sleek and much less frizz. Would 100% recommend.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Despite the serious delays in my product arriving, it was bad quality product, feels like the plastic is going to melt in your hand, and doesn't have the power that it says it should. Refund policy and system is shocking as well.

They resolved the problem of a defective item really quickly.

I would advise anyone who buys this product to beware. I started the return process the end of December 2024 and have yet to receive my money back, nor do I ever expect to. My only recourse is to caution others. There is no customer service number or email. Everything is on-line forms and automated responses. I have reported the company to the FTC, but since it’s based in China there’s nothing really they can do. It may be a wonderful product, but if you ever change your mind about it as I did (I never even took it out of the box), or if something goes wrong with it, you will not get your money back.

Customer services is horrible they don't even go by their policies and terms and conditions. They say and do the opposite of what's listed in their policies ,terms and conditions. Literally beware.

Ordered Ion Brush. I have long blond dyed straight hair. Great stand alone product, but as i have flat iron, it basically does the same type of curl/volume for my hair, as a flat iron. So, in my case, no need for a second similar product.

But definitely would suggest to beginners, who do not know how to style their hair.

A section on my magic styler broke so I emailed in to see if I could get a replacement. Expecting just the part I was amazed when the box arrived with a whole new styler. Thank you and highly recommend the product and service

I thought the product was what I wanted to give my daughter for Christmas, but she had already purchased another item. I sent a message to the company and was given the instructions to return it, but I needed to wait for the "return Helper" to contact me. That took over a month. I sent several emails questioning how long I had to wait for the return helper.
I finally heard from the return helper and given instructions for the return. I returned it on 2/11/25. I finally received an acknowledgement on 3/22/25. The refund was as follows:

• Initial shipping fee: $10
• Return handling fee: 8% of the order total is $7.1
• Return shipping fee: $4.6

It wasn't clear at the time of my purchase because I don't believe that the return policy was on the site I purchased from.
I would never purchase from this company again and warn others to avoid them. It's not worth the time and aggravation.

Product is really good and easy to use. I bought one for my daughters birthday too and she loves styling her hair in the morning for school. It's easy to curl my hair and don't have the struggle to try and curl with the wands or ghd's. Saves time too. Also the condition of my hair has improved as I haven't straightened it since using this

If I could give this product and company zero stars, I would. Do Not Buy! The product feels very cheap and has a loud buzzing sound when using and did not curl my hair at all. I tried to return the product, but my request was denied.

Dont buy!!! Scam! And they dont take it back!!
