I paid for special delivery £5.95 which said shipping after 1-2 business days. That's a lie.
Ordered 02 Dec 2024 (confirmed by email)
Delivered today 20 Dec 2024.
Was tortuous emails to Magic Styler (most were unanswered)
If you DON'T get your delivery, call your credit card company and ask for a Charge Back. (Orders under £100 are not covered by UK Credit Agreement law)
If enough people complain then Magic Styler could lose their right to take Credit Card Payments.

Day 4 of trying to get in contact and get a response from MagicStyler - so called because the product doesn't actually exist or at least ours hasn't appeared.

No reply, no parcel and have asked for refund with no reply to that request

If I could leave zero stars then I would. Absolute shit-shower of a company. Product took ages to arrive, when it finally did, I was sent a defective product. In order to get a refund I’m being made to jump through hoops and now it has gone completely silent. I just want to send the item back and get a refund, can it really be that difficult? I would not advise anyone buy from these people.

Ordered on 24th November and no item.
Going to have a very upset girl for Christmas.
Was given a tracking number 10 days ago but it doesn’t tell you anything. It only says waiting to be picked up by courier. I will be requesting my money back. I wish I read the reviews first

Took a while to arrive. It this was well worth the wait. Wish I’d purchased sooner.

Absolute scam of a company

Ordered item at the start of December.

Was due to arrive on the 8th but never arrived. Was then due to arrive on the 13th. Again never arrived.

Contacted them and received the most unprofessional email stating that they didn’t know what was happening.

Ended up throwing a dispute to PayPal to attempt to get a refund.

Avoid. If your wanting a styler, go somewhere else

I am sad to write this review, but I have placed an order with delivery guaranteed for 18th December the latest. I have still not received this item, there is no way to contact the company other than email and I am not receiving a response. Please respond to me immediately to advise where my order is, why it has not been delivered and a firm date when it will be delivered. I fully appreciate the Christmas rush but this was ordered in good time, Order number MS140013. I will be happy to update this review once the order has been received, if I ever get it! UPDATE - received but only after instigating a chargeback!!! Then the company had the cheek to email me requesting I rescind my chargeback!! Ironic that I never heard from them when emailing on several occasions chasing my order but soon quick to write once a chargeback had been started. Due to the non communication and the worrying safety concerns on reviews will not be cancelling the chargeback. The pure cheek of it!!!! Will not be able to return as do not trust this company so have disposed of it for the sake of safety!!! My advice is AVOID at all costs!!!

It looks as though everyone is having the same issue of not coming forth on their schedule delivery time. I purchased on 12/3/2024 and was given a 3-5 day delivery time. Though, I like most have received a tracking # and my shipment tracking is and has been in transit for quite sometime now. I like most also purchased to give as a Christmas gift don’t think will be here on time. When they tell you to expect their product to arrive within a time period even a if it’s behind schedule a few days it’s no big deal but when it’s weeks it becomes an issue. It always fall in the consumer they need to come up with a better system such as a holding period money is not released until the buyer has received the product. I’m getting ready to call my bank and report as fraud. Just way to much going on here with not being up front about things

still having trouble having the curl stay in... I have used the tutorials but I think it's a user error. The hair dryer part is amazing. my hair has never dried so quickly and so effortlessly.

I ordered a magic styler as a Christmas gift on the 26th of Nov and it still hasn‘t arrived. (18th Dec) I usually go on trustpilot before I order from unknown companies but this time I didn‘t. There is no way to cancel your order and I tried to cancel literally 3 min after I ordered after I finally read the trustpilot reviews. The only way to contact them is via email and their terms and conditions say you can only cancel an order before it has been shipped. So I emailed them to cancel but of course they only got back to me after the item was shipped. I can‘t say anything about the pruduct but I will definitely return unopened as I have also read they only offer part refunds for opened boxes. I would never ever order again. Complete waste of money.

I ordered off this site on the 30/11/24 and when tracking it, it still states it has not yet been shipped. I ordered this as a Christmas present thinking it would arrive in plenty of time and when emailed twice to get an update I have not had any response.

Easy to order. Delivery was little slow, that's why only 4 status.

Dodgy company, they title themselves as MagicStyler Uk yet they have no contact for UK by email or phone number.
They're in breach of UK law, if goods are defective or damaged the seller is responsible for the return.
Its a farce
I ordered 29 November with no courtesy email to state order placed or an order number, no record at all.
Today 19 days later I receive the goods, box damaged when it was supposed to be a xmas present for my mum
didn't unpack yet luckily the plug hung out enough to test and they don't work, this company are jokers.
Clearly they're based in Hong Kong and their website ends in .Co rather than .Com or .Co.uk
reported to my credit card company for goods 'not' as described and faulty. Good luck to anyone who keeps them, even if they work a short while they will probably blow up

EDIT: styler received just prior to Christmas - my daughter loved it initially, but sadly it stopped functioning fully within a couple of weeks, at this point it is a write off since the company never responds to communications.

As with so many others here, shipping/delivery is an issue. It was due to be delivered before December 4th, as it’s a Christmas gift for my daughter, that seemed fine. Well, here we are Dec 17th, still no delivery and absolutely zero response to several emails I’ve sent to customer service. I wish I hadn’t risked it after reading so many poor reviews.

So I did initially think it was dodgy as I did not receive a tracking number after purchase which worried me. I wrote to the customer support email and did receive responses indicating that they would look into the order. After a few days I received a tracking code that could be used on the site to track my parcel but was not the actual tracking companies tracking code. I sort of wrote off the fact that this may not be a legit site however a few days after receiving the "tracking number" my purchase did arrive at my door. Customer service is responsive however for customers peace of mind I definitely think a purchase number or tracking id needs to be issued after purchase to assure customers as well as help identify the purchase. Other than all of that the product looks to be of good quality and what I ordered.

Well after reading the reviews of recent I know have a feeling I'm not going to receive my order either, been waiting nearly 3 weeks, have requested a refund but not received a response, I'll trust my instincts and buy a replacement elsewhere.just need to get my money back now 😡

update to this review, goods have now been received, communication could be better and more updates on tracking, i will upgrade this to 3 stars.

Then the dispute was closed and they took the money right back

I don’t have the product and they stole my money

No dispatch after 2 weeks, then I got an email from magic styler so say the order had a 'delivery exception' whatever that means, and I had to contact the carrier myself to fix. The carrier contact number they provided doesn't connect, and the tracking is showing as "returned', which I'm assuming is because they never received the item from MagicStyler after 2 weeks of telling them it was coming! I'm now £50 out of pocket with no way forward.

Nothing received after weeks I've was given a tracking number however the tracking company wants my cc details to tel me where the parcel is...I don't think so

Okay if you are prepared to wait 5 weeks ..I'm actually really pleased with the results it works very well . I have used all the attachments and the online tutorial I found it very useful...
The only problem is the length of time I had to wait to get them.
That said it could be the time of year
