Wow, I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased this. Yes, it took weeks and weeks to arrive (actually two months) and then I tried to use it only to find that it does not have varied heat settings! There's only one heat setting - HOT! Do not buy this piece of cr@p.

I tried the curling iron. It didn’t work on my hair. I tried to do a return and was told that they don’t do refunds on used products. How do you know if it works on your hair if you don’t try it! It was a waste on money.

I ordered this without realising how long it would take to arrive.
I was gifted a different styler while I was waiting so I cancelled my order, a few days later I got a notification saying it’s being despatched soon

I replied and said I already cancelled.

They sent it anyway, I tried it and was so useless I can’t even regift

I’ve been emailing them for about 6 weeks as they’re saying I need to pay to return the product even though their policy says you can cancel before despatch

The customer service is just a bot I think as they’re saying just respond with the same generic message even after my numerous emails with screenshots of their policy

Total headache

Do not buy this product. I brought one which took over two months to arrive. I had it less than three months and it started to smell and burnt out! I’ve tried to resolve this with the customer service with no luck. Terrible customer service, awful product! Waste of money! Do not buy! I’m currently waiting for the complaints ombudsmen to come back to me to take this further. This company needs to be investigated and shut down.

Awful company - for anyone looking for a refund you must go through your bank to process a charge back to get them to engage!

Shipping took forever. Customer service stinks. Does not work well and when I went to return it my order is not found. Don’t waste your money on this piece of garbage.

This company is a scam. There is so many people being scammed by this company. Somebody needs to find out who they are and put their ass in prison.

I purchased the Magic Air Styler as a gift for a friend. It took so long to ship that it didn’t arrive in time for the holidays, so I requested a refund. Since then, it has been impossible to get in touch with someone who can actually help. Apparently, the “30-day evaluation period” is a complete lie because they don’t accept returns on used items. My item wasn’t even used, but they still won’t provide return instructions. Very scammy experience overall. DO NOT BUY!

Don’t buy it! It is dangerous, you can get easily burnt.
I tried to get in touch with the assistance to send it back but guess what? There’s no way you can get in touch with anybody.

It seems that the product does not perform as advertised. This was a gift for my daughter who has excellent experience with hair styling tools ans
d she could not get it to do what it was supposed to. Also, when I contacted the company to request a refund, I never heard back from them. Obviously, the business practices of this company are not good.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! I FEEL I'VE BEEN SCAMMED.
Purchased as a Christmas gift on 5th Dec - still not arrived, tracking states out for delivery since 24/12/24, generic email response saying to check tracking.

I ordered and expensive hair dryer /styler before Christmas. It took forever to arrive. I the meantime, my husband bought me something even better for Christmas.

When my Mastersyler product arrived, I wrote saying I needed a return label. They have a return portal but it doesn't work.

2 weeks went by with me trying the return portal and writing email to them daily with no response. Finally, I got the return portal to work.

The shot back a note saying I would hear from my return specialist in 24 hours. Of course, I didn't.

But they did answer one of my "Hail Mary" daily emails from early January. They explained that I would be in charge of the return mail cost - I knew that - and to save me from that hassle, they were prepared to offer me 15% off and I could keep the product I don't want!

I only have 30 days to return this thing. I see what's happening.

They take a week to respond to everything and then toss out these "special offers" just to save me trouble and all of a sudden, my 30 days is up.

Please don't do business with these people. They are con men from nose to tail.

If I could rate it zero stars I would! It's a scam company do not order from here! I placed an order in November and I still haven't received anything. I have attempted to contact them in a variety of ways and still nothing! £55 gone to god knows who!! Absolutely disgusting!

I’m close to a month with waiting for my order. 99% sure I was scammed.

Ordered this item December 19 with a delivery date of January 6 still no item! Just a bunch of excuses! Save your money and go to a trusted retailer

Unacceptable. I never received an order placed in November and it’s mid January. Most of the time they don’t even bother to respond to the email trying to win some time. Have no idea if the company even exists. Would recommend you stay away or good luck!

If there were -10 stars, that wouldn't be enough to rate this awful company. Trying to get a return/refund is impossible. Do not use this company. They are in China, the BBB can do nothing because they are not in the US or Canada. They give you the runaround when you ask to return the product. We'll return 12% of your money and you keep the product. We'll give you 25% of your money and you keep the product...it's all BS
When I tried several times to reply to their emails, I would get an "undeliverable" notice from the same email they just sent me. They exacerbate you so that you'll give up on trying to return the product, and by that time, your time to return the product has run out. I tried to use their return portal every time and it would not let me. I'm so mad I could spit nails!!

TAKE HEED EVERYONE....

IF you purchase from this "company", beware there is no AVENUE for a return. The two addresses I found, and used for inquires were both bounced back by the ole Mailer-daemon "address not found".

I did use their Return Portal on 01/03/2025 to initiate my return of the Styler Go - Black which is an extremely, cheaply made, mostly heavy rubber, device. It is short, not suited for people with long hands.

Immediately upon completing the require data on the Return Portal form, I received a notice that read "The Return Request is Completed".

NOT SO FAST!!

In the directions for Returns and Refunds in reads that you MUST wait for APPROVAL of your return request and further instructions on how to proceed with it.

Now it is the 13th of January, 10 days of waiting have passed and no response from the company. I tried again approximately 2-hours ago to resend my data with photographs, all were sent back by the Mailer-daemon.

Next step: The Better Business Bureau to file a report.

Ordered 01/12/24 - still nothing 6 weeks later. Tracker awful and not updating. They use several email addresses, most bounce back. Say a “ticket” is open and you can use a portal…doesn’t work. No response via website. Just awful service with no product.
