Very cheap product that can be bought from far-eastern sellers for a fraction of their supposed reduced cost. whilst it appears to do what it says, it is not worth even half the price, and they won't except returns if you have tried the product. who isn't going to try it?! i used it twice and my hair was always getting caught up in it.

so essentially they don't accept returns. even if you can't afford a dyson, there are lots of other options out there that for the price, you'll get a better product.

i feel totally ripped off.

They are scammers. I ordered the styler and received it too late. Tried to return and get full refund for non-opened and non-used product. Tons of emails, they offered 10%, then 25%… at this point I realized that this is a scam and contacted my bank which returned money back on my credit card next day! That is what I suggest to do - dont try to return and get refund from this scamming company, just open a case with your bank to get your money back. I finally sent them their product back and sent the company the tracking number as they requested. it was delivered in 3 days, as I could see using the tracking number. I received 2 emails from them - one in 2 weeks that the product was not delivered, another one 2 days later that the product “does not meet their return conditions” for refund :)
Well, if your unopened product does not meet your company criteria, just put it into the trash can :) I honestly sent it back :)

Absolutely no response when trying to return. Going to call my credit card and stop the charge.

I bought a Magic Styler for my daughter for Xmas. She powered it up to compare it with a comparable product from Dyson. The power was very weak compared to the Dyson, so she asked that it be returned. I followed the return process with the company, and after many emails to follow up with them (wasting my time) and checking status due to their lack of response, they denied the return indicating the product had been used. Their "30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee" is meaningless.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AND ITS PRODUCTS AT ALL COSTS. THEY STAND BEHIND NOTHING.

I absolutely love the magic style, and I will never go back to a regular hairdryer. My hair is so shiny and silky. Every time I use it and the waves that I get are amazing.

You have to divide the hair into very small groups, which lengthens the styling time

I have made several attempts to try and get a refund. No response. It took over two weeks to get. I am getting close to the window to return even though I started trying to return right away. The only piece I opened was the drying attachment but have never used. It says to return and they will decide whether to accept it. So if I return it and they don’t accept it I am out money and air styler. Wish I would have seen reviews before I ordered.

Worst experience, ever. Shipping time of the product left a very short window to try it so you can meet the return policy. One of the products I received didn’t even work. After attempting to return it (still within the return policy window with their 100% guarantee of taking the return within the advertised window) they denied the return. How do you deny it when it meets the conditions AND one of the products doesn’t even work? This company is a scam. DO NOT BUY.

I have been trying for almost a month to get in touch with someone regarding the return of a product I purchased from you, and your complete lack of response is unacceptable. No wonder your company has such a terrible reputation—reputation is everything in this business, and you are proving exactly why yours is so poor.

The product is brand new, unopened, and I need to return it because I received another one as a gift. What else do you need from me? I expect clear return instructions immediately.

I need my money refunded NOW. Stop hiding behind automated responses and get a real person to resolve this issue.

I placed an order mid December, they charged me 89.99 and say it was delivered on January 1-2. However I have a camera doorbell and no delivery was made. I contacted them by email and after 2k attempts they said they were sorry and would send another one out.
That was never received either and as of yet I have not had a response to any emails.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!

Didn't work and despite a dozen emails they won't give me the return address for a refund. DO NOT BUY 🤔👎👎😡 Purchased early January and 30 days will be over soon

I ordered from the company on December 5 and immediately sent an email saying that I’d like to cancel the order because I placed a duplicate order. They told me that they were unable to cancel the order as it was already processed, but did not ship for another two weeks. I finally received the product on December 30 and placed a refund return request at my shipping cost. I did not hear back from the company until I threatened to call my credit card company to reverse payment that they would accept a return at my cost. I sent back the product that I had never even opened the package It came in and at their request, I sent them pictures and videos of the product and video of me opening the product for the first time not the box just the packaging it came in. The box was never opened. Now it is January 25 and I just received an email that my return was rejected because it didn’t meet their standards. It was never opened and this has been a nearly 2 month saga that has cost me over $100 and now I have no product either and I am lost on how to get a refund, probably never.

When this finally arrived I opened it up and noticed the brush attachment half the Bristles were missing the product was cheap and nasty I’ve sent countless emails photos and videos to magic styler they never get back to you this is a scam company with shoddy cheap products AVOID at all costs I’m now having g ti contact my credit company to try and get a refund from them

Honestly it has been a full month and I haven’t gotten my styler. I have emailed and asked for an update and got a general response that didn’t help at all…

Super fast delivery (3 working days) and I received the parcel on the 30th of December! I purchased from the official online store (ie didn't follow an insta or fb link) so maybe that made a difference compared to other experiences. The curlers are taking a bit of practice to get the hang of, but I'm coming from literally zero experience with hair styling tools except from a basic straightener. The rest of the fittings are super easy to use, and leave my hair looking great and work so quickly (great.for the mornings before work).

I ordered this with the promise it would arrive before Christmas, but I waited and waited until I decided to cancel my order.

A few days later, I received an email saying it had been shipped.

I replied and told them I had already cancelled the order. Once I finally received the order( 2 weeks after Christmas) I gave it to my daughter who has thick hair, and it would not dry her hair.

I’ve been emailing them every day for the last 2 weeks and never have received even a response of “too bad””.

Do not deal with this company.

The magic styler is cheaply made. The attachments, especially the blowdryer overheats and you need a towel to take it off. There’s something that’s wrong/inefficient about each of the attachments, but I’m especially disappointed with the curlers. The customer service is the worst I have seen in a very long time. I made videos that were able to send but they made me compress them, and instead of responding to the videos they sent me instructions and ignored the many things that I brought up that were wrong with their kit. It’s been weeks and I have yet to get a refund. Waste of money!!!
