Ordered 8 December as Xmas present. Not delivered on time. Confusing tracking system as the parcel seems to have visited several airports. Status now says completed. Has anyone else had this and how long after did the parcel arrive? Contacted customer support several days ago and no response

If I could put zero stars I would!
*Products not as advertised AND the RETURN PROCESS IS RIDICULOUS!!! It requires photos of all items, descriptions quantities. So I entered ALL fields and photos only to get error. (You must have quantity marked). Which I DID every time! I tried 4-5 times to process and then sent AGAIN. (Of course it takes you back to BEGINNING ALL THE WHILE savING NOTHING UOU’ve entered. nothing.. still, Erroneous errors! Over and over I STILL kept getting error. So, I had to screen shot EVERY PAGE TO DISPUTE , including all accurate entries, then after wasting 45 min I gave up. AFTER GETTING AN ERROR EVERY TIME ON FINAL SEND. ALSO, THEY REQUIRE *PERMISSION* TO RETURN - HAVE TO GET SUTHORIZATION WHICH THRY PREVENT YOU FROM PROCESSING
THEN, they say they have to EXAMINE PRODUCT BEFORE REFUND. If you cant even get to return page how are you supposed to return?? The most ABSURD process I’ve ever seen. For $89.99. Do most people just give up?? DO NOT PURCHASE UNLESS YOU WANT A FECKING Headache!

So so disapointing!! the worst product ive ever bought..nothing to do with the ad and doesn't do the minimum required ! Be careful.. I've waiting more than 5 weeks to get that !!!

I paid £55 for the magic styler and only received two under eye rollers…
6/01/25 They finally responded to my email asking for proof of no delivery… however my item said it was delivered but as stated… only received two under eye roll ons…
To add they have blocked my email so there is no way of contacting them.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. THIS IS A SCAM.

As an ex hair dresser, do not buy this product. It’s rickety and unsafe. The attachments get extremely hot and fall off. My hair is really dry having used this a couple of times. My hair was not in this condition before. It’s extremely drying, has no cool setting and does not work as outlined. My hair was frizzy after using the ‘smoothing’ brush. The curling barrels did not provide curls only balls of frizz! The returns policy does not meet consumer law. I will be reporting this to the consumer watchdog.

I have sent 4 emails now a week prior to Christmas in-between and further 3 more emails. It is now 2nd Jan. I asked to return this product as the quality of the dryer is extremely poor no warm setting and not stronger compared to other hairdryers therefore my ghd which I have at home is better for our think lomg hairs for me and both my daughters. Instead of guiding me through the refund process I get told how to use the product. I am aware of how to use the product thank you but I requested a refund not change of topic and trying to coerce a customer to keep a product they are not happy with is not dealing with customer enquiries through the correct ways. I will complain to ombudsmen and take this further. No one responded to me on Instagram either and inside the packaging there's no return slips like other companies have. They just want to con people and keep their money a lot of people have also complained on Instagram.

Trialling it as a novice, it is easy to use, just need practise! It's lightweight, compact and stylish.

Complete scam. Do not order from this company. The product is terrible, not like in any of the videos and they don’t allow you to return the item. The money back guarantee they advertise does not exist. I’m annoyed that I fell for this scam.

Quick delivery, great product!!

When I ordered this it gave me a delivery estimate and it has now been over a month. I asked the customer service to refund it as I needed it for a Christmas gift for my sister. They say 24-48 hour responses on their website. It has been 12 days and no response. I sent a follow up email 72 hours ago and still nothing. My tracking number is also unavailable now so I can’t even find an update on where this product is.

My only thoughts are this has to be a scam. Avoid at all costs, $140 down the drain I guess.

Their customer service and returns policy are completely none existent. I’m gutted I fell for this scam. Please don’t be a stupid as me. Never buy from this company.

Stay away!!!!! First it took a month for the item to be "delivered". It was not delivered. I never received the item but was still charged for it. They don't respond to my many emails.

Absolutley shocking customer service. I ordered one on 8th December 2024 for my daighters christmas present and still haven't recieved it.... I have messaged them 10 times or more and not ONE reply.
Used all ways I can find to contact them .... terrible service and still no styler
