Didn't receive the product after 4 weeks. I sent over 6 messages to them and got no response. Even if I do eventually receive the product I will not change my review because of this.

Ordered on 9th December for my wife’s Xmas present. It’s Christmas Eve now and still not here!
Meant to have been 5-7 business days.
I have emailed twice directly for an update but no response at all.

Product has not arrived and I have a suspicion that it won’t. Ordered on the 21st Nov 2024 and no product arrived until now. Don’t bother emailing them or texting them on instagram - THEY IGNORE you. I called Imile tracking and they said that they need my contact number as it was written incorrectly on the delivery. Don’t waste your time buying this product.

Do not buy from this company. Absolute sham. I order my product on 19th November to the UK and hoped everything would run smoothly given their promise to deliver within 3-6 days. Five weeks later and I don't even know where the package allegedly is, as they won't tell you it's location. Just that it's "in transit". This was supposed to be a Christmas present. The only thing gifted is my money into this company, because I haven't got anything out of it. The customer service has been delayed and they haven't solved or updated me other than to keep referring it being in transit.
I'm deeply disappointed and I'm leaving this as a warning to others, please be wary of using these.

Parcel processed at the depot, as I write this it’s 23/12/24 at 04:48pm which seems unusual.

Just read through a few reviews and seems I have the same issue as many. Ordered item 08/12/24 was advised would be due between 16-18 but still awaiting item and this was purchased as a Christmas present. It says on tracking information - Dec 23, 2024 09:38 pm

Scam. We made an order and paid for it on Dec 3, 2024.
The money was debited from credit card. No order confirmation received. Radio silence...

Shocking company! Advertise for a certain delivery window and it’s just a complete lie. I purchased on 10th with a delivery window of 17th - 19th. It’s now 23rd and I have only just received a notification that the product has been dispatched from China! I have emailed 5 times now and had no response. Wouldn’t recommend buying from here even if the product is decent. You can buy from other places and receive a much better service!

Omg still not arrived I'm getting worried now as ordered two for Xmas presents emailed and just get told they will look into it I'm entering order number but none existing what can I do about this 😔 I'm so disappointed as I was so looking forward to trying it it's disgusting taking people's money and treating them like this 😡

SCAM! Ordered on the 6th of December and although I did get a tracking number it hasn’t updated other than ‘in transit’ the whole time. I led to believe this was a UK based company as their socials promoted that, it is infact a Chinese company. The website reviews are fake and they use fake videos. All comments are turned off on social media. I really wished I’d deep dived into reviews before purchase. I bought through PayPal so will be raising the issue with them. AVOID!

I’ve paid extra for priority delivery a month ago. Still waiting! Dreadful. Customer services as you to wait a moment and three days later still no update. Very disappointed.

I placed my order on December 2nd and received an order number and tracking number. Updates were few and far between but according to them my order was picked up by Evri on December 16th, which was untrue. Despite sending numerous emails they havent had the decency to reply to let me know what the hold up is. And now tracking on my Shop app shows its still in China ( December 20th )....given that this was supposed to be a Christmas present , to say I'm upset is an understatement.

Placed an order a while back and still haven't received it. Way past the 3 to 5 days delivery promised. No order number sent so can't even track it. Emailed them as no telephone option available but no response Thinking this may have been a scam order. 60 Pound has vern debited from my account.
