Ein sehr schlechter Shop
Nach Kauf wenn fünf Monate abgelaufen übernehmen sie keine Garantie dann muss man sich an die Marke des Kaufes wenden. Also sehr schwierig in der Garantie Zeit

Purchased an item which was faulty from Australia, a seam unravelled. When given the explanation that it could not be repaired in Australia without potentially damaging the product I returned it for a refund. I was refunded less the original postage and handling, which I would say was reasonable for a change of mind return but I dont think I should be out of pocket for a faulty item. They should refund the full amount I paid, it seems they don't and they are not always timely in responding to customer enquiry.

Ordered over a month ago, still have not recieved my product, they will not refund me or send new product. I ordered on 11/25 and it is now 12/30 and nothing. I am pressing charges for theft.

Definitely do not purchase online . I had a fault with a pair of $400 shoes . I returned them and asked for them to be repaired and the other shoe to be looked at as it had the same fault .
They have done a makeshift job of the repair and returned them .
I'm going back to the manufacturer as I don't think they will be happy either . The brands in this shop can be brought online directly from the designers there is no need to buy online through this store . I would suggest only buying instore in rangiora nz . At least then if you have an issue you can go to the store. At least online purchases can go back directly to the company.
As an example I had a sizing issue with trellise cooper. I was able to phone them directly and get it sorted . Buy directly or through balyntines if you live in Canterbury New Zealand
