Excellent. Great communication and very prompt in receiving and processing parcels, good pricing too. I highly recommend mailboxde.

The company is great for what it provides: forwarding mail service with a specified number of providers for export. It has a prompt and expeditionary service.

What it lacks, doesn't want, or won't provide is more shipping options (doesn't allow DHL Express or FedEx which have bases from Leipzig and Cologne respectively), won't allow you to ship oversized, bulky cartons containing electrical or goods which are large in size, although they are self-contained in a carton. It somewhat reflects an inflexible or strict company in terms of policy. There are also other shipping forwarders such as White Rabbit Japan or Vyking Ship from US that will allow such products to be sent, as long as it isn't deem illegal for transportation and for the final destination. Makes sense since freight shipping companies can take all kinds of goods.

Great service. The package arrived at mailboxde in the morning. Before 3pm it was already picked and forwarded to my adress by gls.

Great customer support. Quick, transparent, helpful and flexible.

They produced a solution to my problem with their solution-oriented approach. Even if it is not in accordance with their normal procedures, they do whatever is necessary for customer satisfaction.

Amazing service, very quick and reasonable pricing from DE to HU. Prompt email notifications, intuitive and integrated online portal. My package arrived at MailboxDE warehouse on Monday, GLS picked it up on Tuesday and it was delivered at my place on Thursday. Keep it going guys!

I have used parcel forwarding services for years in the US in Asia and in Europe. This is by far the most affordable the best value for the money and very reliable service.

Update: Received refund from Mailbox.de. I really hope that they receive or have received the refund from DHL, as it was insured by DHL and did not arrive.

Ordered an item from Germany to US, shipped through Mailboxde.com. item arrived to Mailboxde.com and was shipped onward via DHL with insurance. Item never arrived. DHL claims they gave it to USPS (why they would do that is a mystery in itself). USPS says they think it may in the system. DHL then claimed it was with Customs. US CBP says they have no record of it.

Ok. It's a one of a kind item which is lost. I'll suffer the loss of never having it, just pay out the insurance. DHL says Mailboxde.com must file claim as the shipper. They are not helping.
I'm out the cost of the goods. The shipping cost from the seller to Mailboxde.com. Shipping from Mailboxde.com to me. And to top it off, Mailboxde.com's fees.

What a joke. Never use Mailboxde.com. There are far better expeditors out there which I have used since.

Skvělá služba! Využívám ji od počátku a funguje na jedničku! Pomohli mi hlavně tam, kde uživatelé Ebay neprodávají do České republiky. My package arrived at Mailboxde's facility at 11:20 AM. I received an email right away informing me that they had received my package, along with instructions on how to pay and forward the package. I made my payment ASAP and was happy to see that they had dispatched my package at 01:00 PM, merely 80 minutes after receiving it.

I would suggest to anyone considering using their service to read up on their FAQ before shipping to them to ensure they can/will handle your shipment.

Fast and professional service, almost immediate response by the service representatives. When shipping with UPS, the shipping costs are very expensive, it's to bad it's like that.
