Catching a dip in domain health before it turns into a deliverability problem is where an alert earns its place, and we’re glad it’s been doing that for the Dignisys Digital team. Thank you for taking the time to lay this out in detail — an unexpected charge is a serious thing to run into.

On how the plans work: Mailercloud subscriptions renew automatically, which is confirmed at the point of purchase, and renewals continue until the subscription is cancelled. Reactivating a cancelled subscription isn't something we're able to do from our side.

Our team responded to you straight away and confirmed your account was being reviewed — that review meant checking the logs on your account, and once it was done the refund was processed and confirmed back to you.

We're sorry the experience fell short of what you expected from us. The refund is complete on our side, if you'd like the confirmation details resent at any point, support@mailercloud.com can arrange that. And if you return to email campaigns in future we'd welcome the chance to get it right.

Richard, we’re sorry your first experience with Mailercloud went this way. Hitting a sending limit on a trial campaign and then seeing emails fail is frustrating, and it isn’t the start we want anyone to have.

To explain the limit: every new account begins with a default daily sending cap while its sending reputation is established. It isn’t permanent, and our support team raises it on request in line with our sending guidelines, so the full monthly allowance can be used.

Delivery results are specific to each campaign, so they’re best looked at in the account rather than here. If you’d still like us to go through that campaign, the offer stands: support@mailercloud.com reaches our deliverability team directly.

Shahidul, we’re sorry the integration and your first sends fell short of what your project needed. A setup that feels clunky and slow sending are frustrating, especially while you’re testing for production.

Our team met with you and reviewed the sending on our side at the time, and we know that didn’t get you the result you needed. Plan changes and billing are handled with each customer directly rather than here.
