It’s simple, effective, and budget-friendly—perfect for growing businesses. Wish it had more integrations, but overall, I’m happy with it.

I started using Mailcloud a while ago and I love all the ways it helps my small business. I love how it is a nifty tool for keeping an eye on clients and effectively engaging with them. I like how it can be easily consolidated with many other software and the variety of languages it comes in. I found the pricing plans to be appealing and I was able to choose one which suits the needs of my business.

Como pontos negativos, ainda falta algumas funções básicas como fazer ações em massa com seus leads (excluir, adicionar ou remover tags e etc...)

Excluir campanhas e formulários antigos tbm não é possível!

Most apps that have non-american support can be difficult to reach and to resolve issues, These folks respond quickly and you can actually get somebody on the phone, They care and do great work

Sukhi went above and beyond to help me get my email campaign on track. I was struggling big time to say the least. Sukhi even sent a zoom link when she recognized i was not understanding what she was putting down.😊 I hope everyone can get her when they need assistance.

Beware of Misleading Claims and Poor Customer Support. My encounter with Mailercloud left much to be desired. Despite their promises of unlimited email sending capability, the reality was far from it. Upon logging in, I was surprised to find out that I was restricted to sending only 5000 emails per day. This stark contrast between their marketing claims and actual service felt like a betrayal of trust.

Adding to the frustration, Mailercloud mentions a temporary daily limit on emails to prevent spam activity, but conveniently fails to disclose that this limit is capped at 5000 emails. For users with larger subscriber lists, such as myself, this limitation felt like a slap in the face and raised serious doubts about the integrity of their business practices.

My attempts to seek assistance from Mailercloud's customer support proved equally disappointing. Instead of receiving personalized assistance, I was met with generic, automated responses that did little to address my concerns. It was evident that genuine customer care was sorely lacking.

What was most concerning, however, was Mailercloud's apparent lack of commitment to resolving issues. Rather than engaging in meaningful dialogue to rectify the situation, they seemed more inclined to offer a quick refund as a means of brushing aside the problem.

In light of these experiences, it begs the question: how can users trust Mailercloud with the vital task of delivering their emails when their business practices appear deceptive and their customer support lacks sincerity? For those seeking a reliable email marketing solution, Mailercloud falls short of expectations and leaves much to be desired.

Too bad I can't give 0 stars.

Easy to use, good value for the size of list, and straightforward for sending.
