Good tool.
I had a configuration problem and contacted support. Cyro helped me. He was very, very friendly and helped me with everything I needed until the problem was solved.

Agent from customer support was progressive, communicative and fast problem solver. Agent was kind and very helpful.

Excellent service, fantastic system. Have moved from Postmark and Mailersend is far better on every front.

Resolved my issue with authentication of domains right away. Very fast response time.

I'm impressed with MailerSend's customer support - they responded immediately when I needed help, which made the entire setup process smooth and stress-free.
The domain verification was remarkably quick, taking just a few minutes to complete. What I particularly appreciated was how clear and understandable their instructions were. Everything was well-documented and easy to follow, even for someone who isn't deeply technical.
I've just started using MailerSend, but so far the onboarding experience has been excellent.

MailerSend's AI Javi and its agents are very responsive and provide great assistance. I was initially able to use Javi to navigate a number of questions I had and when I needed to actually speak to an agent both Cyro and Mark were able to provide me with great real time assistance.

MailerSend is a serious company with helpful customer service who respond quickly and solve any problems that arise.
I can only recommend their service because they are the best in every way on the global market.

Overall: bad programming, client troubleshoots the app, absurd requirements, useless app.
1) A potential client starts with a trial. However, sending the first email may or may not work. Why? The "Hello email" examples (caveat: not all of them), written in several programming languages / frameworks, lack one programming structure -- which is available to many, if not all, programming languages. And the lack of it means bad programming. After I add it, the reason for the failure becomes clear; and the trial feature becomes able to send emails -- however only to the main email address specified on the sign up. Which is next to nothing!
2) Afterwards, the client must upgrade, and so he must get approved by the company. In my case I wasn't, for three reasons, each more absurd than the other: i) Need to send a history of all emails sent, with another provider; ii) Need to send the invoices from the other provider; iii) Domain allegedly not online.
3) If you send few transactional emails per day, then a shared host with SMTP might provide for your email needs. No need to troubleshoot their app; no need to "get approved."
4) On the other hand, if you do need to send more emails, go for another service. Read Trust Pilot on the others, those may help!
I lost three hours of my life with MailerSend. I am not the only one. As it can be seen from the many other 1-star reviews -- an alarming 30%, as of this writing --, the damage could had been much worse.
Either: (i) The potential client is turned down early; or worse: (ii) The client is thrown out later, with some excuse like "your percentages are bad," or "our precious terms of service...," or "oh! You are a spammer," or "your website content ought to be as we say," or whatever.
None of such excuses will do any good to your business.
Bottom line is: go elsewhere!

I had an urgent issue accessing my MailerSend account, and the support team — especially Cyro — responded quickly, clearly, and very professionally. They guided me step by step to secure the account and resolve the problem in no time.

The homepage where you can compare the plans does not state that there is a limit per minute for sending emails. I only received this information after placing my order.

Although they are very unclear about this, they do not want to give me a refund after I have paid. I cannot use the service like this, it is of no use to me.

When I first started looking into mailing service providers, I tested at least four different options. MailerSend stood out as the best. The documentation is clear and helpful, making it easy to get started, install, and integrate with your favorite platforms. The API is excellent, and the speed is outstanding.

What impressed me most recently is the support team—absolutely fantastic! Thank you, Mark! I’ve already recommended your service to a few friends and will definitely continue using it for future projects. Keep up the great work!

My MailerSend has been blocked for just 5 or 6 spamm complains, which is totally false, because my website is under construction and totally unknown from public. More stupid, i am using emails just for signup , contact form and password recovery. And i have no external user except my small team. This is a total insane behavior.. a good advise dont use this emai services, they are dangerous . their support are totally stupid, i never saw for alsmot 18 yeas of website exeprience

The customer support team is very quick to respond to questions and are very helpful at resolving issues.

I had a problem regarding European data protection. Cesar from Mailersend was able to give me a quick and clear answer that helped me a lot.

Mark helped me get verified and so far I’ve had no issues!

I registered for a trial account then for the upgrade to the hobby 'free' tier. The verification process of our business took about an hour, technical support, even being on the free tier is amazing. I see other negative reviews on not being getting verified, I can only assume they maybe trying to use the service for mass mailing or some other activity not permitted.
