Mailshake has been easy to work with so far. The interface is intuitive, and campaign setup and management are straightforward. Support has been responsive and helpful whenever we needed assistance. Overall, a reliable tool for outbound campaigns.

Before Mailshake, I spent days manually sending emails, only to have to start over from the beginning to follow up once I finished the list. Now, I just upload my contacts, and Mailshake does the rest of the heavy lifting by customizing the email for the recipient with each field and will run my campaigns automatically.

It’s super easy to use and get the hang of, even when I upload HTML templates for my branded emails. I can see all my campaigns and results in one place, which has saved me hours every week. I also love that you can make an A/B test with stats for each email template to make your emails as effective as possible. Honestly, I can’t imagine our business without it now!

I like the design of the website. It's great and easy to use. The thing that I dislike is their ai editing tool which isn't helping me in terms of writing good quality emails. I've been using it for a nice amount of time already and haven't gotten 1 reply yet

Mailshake works exactly as described. I would like to see the ability to attach a pdf to the emails but overall amazing experience.
