Mail tool that delivers to the Inbox
Most of the email/newsletter tools we have tested have one major weakness: emails don’t land in the Inbox, but instead go to the Promotions or Spam folders. Mailshake is the only one we trust to actually deliver emails to the Inbox — and in many cases, they are even read.

Super versatile and accessible

Mailshake is very user friendly but that aside the support team are excellent. They always reply in a timely manner and do everything to provide a solution. Very friendly and informative. I would highly recommend

Mailshake has been a game-changer in how I manage outbound outreach. The interface is clean and easy to navigate, even for users who aren’t very technical. I appreciated the ability to set up multi-step email sequences with personalized fields, which helped boost my reply rate significantly. The platform also gives you good visibility into opens, clicks, and replies, which is key for optimizing your campaigns.

The onboarding process was smooth, with clear documentation and responsive support. I also appreciated how seriously Mailshake takes email deliverability — their resources and built-in tools helped me improve my domain reputation and avoid spam folders.

The software works well, is feature rich enough for my small business, and is well designed and easy to use.

But a *huge* boon is the level of their customer support team. Incredibly responsive, knowledgable, and super helpful.

When learning and using a software of this general level of complexity, having excellent resources for learning/troubleshooting/help/answering questions as they crop up is invaluable.

I totally like, the automation of the email outreach. I don't have to monitor everything. Just set up the mails and the prospects and let's go. My work after setting all up is just collecting the leads and updating prospects. Another cool addition is, that Mailshake also finds prospects for you. I totally love it and I already have recommended it to some friends. Mailshake makes your life easier. Customer support is very helpful and very quick in solving problems. They also explain it to you in a way everyone understands. I will use Mailshake for all my email outreach campaigns. The best part of it is, that i don't send anything out, but everything is sent out from my email adress.

There is nothing i dislike. Mailshake totally filfills everything they promise. I wish I hear of Mailshake before.

I am saving time with Mailshake. Time is my most valuable currency currently. As a self employed finance and insurance broke, I have no time in googling prospects and writing them emails in a way, so that my emaila dress doesn't get flagged as spam and than following up in the right time period, etc. All that is done by Mailshake. that's perfekt for me.

It's easy to use, practical, fast, and makes sending automated emails and managing contacts much easier. I also enjoy the live online sessions, where they give tips on how to write better emails, teach new users how to use the platform, and answer questions about the platform. Not to mention that customer support is super fast and accessible, and they're always innovating, such as using AI within the platform to write better emails.

Response time was quick and my question was thoroughly answered.

We use milkshake across multiple businesses. It’s been invaluable for everything from link building, email lead generation, even hr when we wanna send out a bulk email, but not add people to our newsletter lists.

Running a cold lead gen sales campaign right now that is on track to do five or six figures. It would be impossible without a tool like this.

Great tool! Very versatile, full-featured, and quite easy to use. The UI is nicely broken down into palatable steps, making it easier to deal with the complexity of list and campaign management.

I also appreciate they unbundled different features, so we can build our own billing—getting started with a cheaper plan is valuable. Competing tools are often too expensive and or restrictive on starter plans.

Highly recommend for bootstrapped founders, startups, and marketers on a budget.

They are providing a couple of really great features, such as a data finder, automations, AI suggestions, helping write email templates, dialler options, LinkedIn automation and auto-email warmup and checking deliverability. I have been taking advantage of all these features and it's going great for me.

The platform is incredibly user-friendly and intuitive, making it easy to set up and manage campaigns without any hassle.

The customer service team goes above and beyond to answer questions and help. Great on-boarding process. Email warmup software is awesome.

I’ve been using Mailshake for cold outreach at my startup and it’s honestly been great. It’s super easy to set up campaigns and the automation for follow-ups works exactly like I hoped. I’ve used other tools that try to do everything and end up being confusing or bloated. Mailshake just sticks to the core stuff and does it well. I also like that it plays nice with email warm-up tools. Haven’t had to reach out to support much, which is usually a good sign.
