Mailshake has been a great entry point into the world of email marketing, being user-friendly and helping me stay organized and efficient with my workflows. I do wish the Linkedin functions are more automated, reliable and less manual.

I'm new to email marketing and Mailshake makes the process for setting up campaigns and warming up email addresses pretty straightforward. Ismael Villacorta and Andy Alvarez have been very helpful answering my newbie questions from the beginning.

I reached out to Isamel, and he took additional time to onboard me. I asked a lot of questions, and he was very knowledgeable. I was very pleased with our interactions so far with the tool and support.

Easy to use interface and well organized!

I find the interface is pretty easy to navigate as far as reviewing my analytics, tracking my spam score, comparing email scripts across different campaigns and seeing which ones have higher or lower open and response rates. This makes it easy to refine my process and get better overall with my cold email outreach abilities.

I contacted Mailshake 's customer support because our BDRs were experiencing an issue with the dialer certain numbers weren’t connecting when calls were placed. The Mailshake CS rep, Ismael, reached out and immediately resolved the problem. I truly appreciate how attentive their team is and the commitment they show toward their customers. You don’t have to wait to speak to a live person; you simply submit an email, and it gets taken care of quickly and efficiently.

Andrea was fantastic to work with—patient, thorough, and clear in walking me through the domain authentication setup. She double-checked everything, caught issues I would have missed, and followed up until it was fully resolved. Her responsiveness and professionalism made the whole process easy and stress-free.

I tried Apollo and Instantly before Mailshake and although Apollo and Instantly have their strengths they also had their weaknesses. Apollo's lead quality and customer support via live person were great, the lack of warmup and other issues in-house were challenging. Instantly over-promised and the customer support from India was the worst I had experienced in my life. Mailshake is a happy balance to both platforms. The important features that you need to succeed in cold email outreach is there. Customer support is the best. My results are getting better every time.

very good application, very easy to use. any questions or doubts are resolved quickly. it allows you to create lead lists and simply activate your campaign, which then runs automatically without the need to constantly monitor it. you can also receive notifications when any of your leads respond, and have access to see who showed interest in your emails so you can follow up. overall, a great app with excellent service.

Straightforward to use and strong email sequencing features and excellent email warmup services that let you warm up as many emails as you need.
