Wenn man auf komplizierte Art und Weise sein Geld los werden will, kann ich Maimoco wärmstens empfehlen. Weder bekommt man die Ware so wie sie dargestellt ist, noch bekommt man das Porto für die Retoure erstattet. Was man bekommt sind eine Menge Emails, falsche Adressangaben für die Retoure und sage und schreibe einen 15 % Rabattgutschein auf die nächste Bestellung. Ich kann nur jeden davor warnen dort zu bestellen. Ich bleibe auf den Kosten von 400 Euro sitzen.

This company is a fraud. They sell very poor quality clothing and will not let you return it. All items do not appear as in the picture and are really horribly fitting. If you purchase returns insurance for £14 and try and return your item, they will give you multiple addresses across China to return to for each item, at a cost greater than the items in most cases. There are lots of rules in which you also can't return and restrictions on times. It's basically a complete scam and all the images are photoshopped and manipulated to try and make you buy. Watch out.

The first product had a broken link. They sent me a new one immediately, no problem.

Purchase didn’t arrive as they didn’t put sufficient details on the address according to USPS so it was sent back. Never had that problem anywhere else and confirmed I included the correct address on the order. They don’t do anything for you so you’ll end up paying for nothing. Total scam

Arrived on time and item as described

The worst cheap crap. I would give them a big fat zero! What they advertise and what you receive is a joke. 5 of 5 items for over $125. Items took forever to get here and came at different times. They said they don’t generally allow returns ( in spite of what they advertise). I even paid for return insurance. They begrudgingly allowed me to return but said cost to return to China might cost more then the items themselves. Plus apparently each item might have to be returned to different addresses. Ridiculous. I will be reporting them to authorities…. for all the good it will do. They will no doubt will just change their name and continue their predatory practices.

Grande deception. J’ai achetais une robe pull de belle confection. Et pour un premier achat sur ce site je me suis trompé dans la taille. J’ai donc demandé d’effectuer un retour et O surprise il m’a ete repondu que je n’avais pas pris d’assurance pour les retours. Hors il ne m’a jamais été proposé cette solution. Donc deception. Depuis plus de 20 ans que je fais des achats sur le net c’est la première expérience deplaisante que je rencontre. Acheter sur un site ne garantie pas que l’on prend la bonne taille surtout avec des produits fabriqués enChine rien n’est plus alaetoire.

While it takes time for the item to arrive, I am very pleased with this order (and previous orders). I just know to order way in advance as it takes a few weeks to receive...

Placed order and still haven’t seen it. Placed three email request to their support email address and no reply’s to any of them. Will not purchase from them again

I changed my mind to use the service and they gave me a full refund, since I haven’t started using the services yet. Very fair.
