The plumber (Toby) was first rate. He removed and replaced three radiators and did so in a professional, careful, and tidy manner. He was polite, friendly and his approach to the job was exactly what you would want. Measurements to check rads central to wall, organised the sequence to allow me to paint behind, advice on balancing and pressure to the system - all the smaller things that add up to a great service. I would definitely recommend using Maintracts and will be doing so from now on.

Excellent Underfloor Heating Engineer!

Mathew did an outstanding job fixing our underfloor heating. He was professional, punctual, and diagnosed the issue where other engineers couldn’t. Not only was his work top-notch, but he was also courteous and left everything clean and tidy. His pricing was fair, and he clearly takes pride in his work. He also followed up to ensurer everything was working as expected and I was happy. I highly recommend Mathew to anyone in need of a reliable underfloor heating engineer. We’ll definitely be calling him again for any future heating needs!

After my first excellent experience with Maintracts, I have never looked back. They are a very safe, reliable and committed company. I have used them several times for: gas safety and boiler service, fitting a new boiler, insurance claim for a leak and today I used their emergency service. I have know of this company since 1981 when they helped me out with an old boiler in my first flat. They came super quickly when my latest one failed on New Year’s Day and after valiant efforts to repair quickly installed a new one, with added improvements to my system. At every stage they consulted me and prioritised my well being. I am now warm again with a more efficient system. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Thank you Harrison. He came to diagnose and fix a leak under a boxed-in bath. He arrived early on in the time slot I was given, and was professional and helpful. He diagnosed the problem as being a leaking diverter.
I'm old and pretty deaf, and Harrison took trouble to explain things to me very clearly. He was extremely - I would say unusually - kind and patient. He also realised that I was worried about the cost, and he helped me to decide which of the available options would be the sensible solution. He carried out the work efficiently and then cleared up and left everything immaculate.
Maintracts are not cheap, but I have confidence in the quality of their work and their workforce, and I would use them again if possible.

We had few visits from them and their engineer Matthew. He is very professional, knowledgeable and caring. He called us after the work was done to see if everything was functioning properly. He installed a new boiler, he suggested also to get Hive which we found very useful. We would recommend the company and Matthew in particular, to everyone.

Daniel has been to mine twice. First time to check a problem with my boiler (just water pressure) and showed me how to check next time. Second time was to service boiler. Always on time, extremely efficient, and great service. Highly recommend.

Used these guys both for a hot water service, for which they were on time, polite and extremely cheap, and today for emergency advice over the phone, when they helped me fix the problem myself without charging me anything. Really honest, reliable and trustworthy. Highly recommend.

The Maintracts team was brilliantly efficient and communicative throughout the 3 week process of installing a new boiler, water tank and bathroom renovation. Malcolm was always available to field any questions, and Miatek, Toby and the rest of the team were always punctual and professional. Very pleased with the outcome and would recommend without hesitation.

Our hot water suddenly stopped working from our Megaflow system. I rang at 7am, Oliver responded immediately and explained they were incredibly busy but would see if they could re-arrange work schedules to accommodate me. True to his word, Toby was around within 5 hours and immediately identified the issue, fixed the problem and we had hot water back up and running within the hour. Great service, fantastic response, very professional and at very reasonable cost...can't recommend them enough.

We had issues with our basement pump and were charged £282 for a "call out" where they did absolutely nothing beyond investigate possible causes of the flooding, then quoted nearly £2,000 to fit a replacement pump. Got a second quote from a specialist who charged under £500 for the exact same job. Save your money and use another plumber, these people are trying to scam you

Last week, Matthew installed a Glow-worm 25 boiler with a Honeywell portable controller. Malcom had previously been round and done the quote.

Not much to say, except that it's all working well and that they do seem to have a good attitude and do things right. I'm very happy with the work and may well use them for other jobs I have in mind.

Toby and a coworker from Maintracks fitted a new hot water cylinder in our attic. It is a tight space. They worked all day , making a minimum of fuss; they kept me fully informed of what they were doing, they were extremely professional and pleasant to have in the house. They turned the water back on as soon as they could and notified me. They left everything very neat and tidy - I am extremely pleased with the work that they did and would definitely ask them to help again.

Malcolm did an initial survey, discussed it with Matthew and the end result was a significantly improved system using the original Vaillant boilers, so saving unnecessary expense, and adding an improved low loss header, stronger pump and nest control unit to improve the original system.
A drain problem was discovered and the maintracts team delt with that quickly and well.

Maintracts and the team went over and above when dealing with a recent flooding in my basement.
Quickly established the problem with my tenants and rectified it over the phone without a call out saving me money.
Would highly recommend

At 10pm on a Sunday, a switch in my property broke causing all the lights to switch off.

After phoning the telephone line we quickly got on FaceTime - diagnosed the problem and fixed it.

A very professional service. Whilst he didn’t come out - it shows the honesty of the individual not to charge. Will definitely be using in the future
