Huge thank you to Toby for doing an amazing job.
I needed to replace an old faulty boiler and contacted Maintracts after reading all the great reviews - was not disappointed.
Toby provided a great assessment of the situation and answered all questions about my options.

Toby managed to fully replace the old boiler and install a new one, while also doing extra diligence: during an installation he noticed that electric wiring was messed up, which would have lead to the new boiler becoming faulty the next day. He managed to work around it.

The flat was left clean and tidy and all the old materials were utilised by him.

Top service, would definitely recommend.

MB has quickly diagnosed the problem with my hot water not and repaired the problem with a valve that he had in his van. He was very polite, helpful and punctual. Maintracts are always quick to help.

Had a leaking dishwasher valve and managed to get through to Malcolm at 21:00 on a Sunday evening. Although he wasn't available, he calmly guided me through via video call to tie us through the night. Swiftly at 8:00 Monday morning, Nick turned up and promptly fitted a new valve with no mess. Highly recommend and will definitely be using them again when we do the kitchen renovation.

I have used Maintracts for many years and always find every member of the team excellent - very professional and reliable. Toby was amazing in fixing a leak efficiently and ensuring I had heating and hot water again a few days before Christmas. I had the misfortune to need to call on them again just recently and James did a great job replumbing a sink very neatly and being willing to spend time at the end of his day advising on a related matter. I find the team at the office very helpful too. I have used several other 4.5 star local plumbing companies in the past, sometimes with problems - that hasn't ever been the case with Maintracts. I never hesitate to highly recommend them.

We have turned to Maintracts in Tooting on a number of occasions since buying a house in the area - they have been brilliant. They do what it takes to get a problem sorted - no bailing when eg something is not easy to access. They also seem not to charge more than is necessary - on more than one occasion they have given advice that resulted in me paying them less than would otherwise be the case. So we feel confident going back to them. Malcolm is brilliant, courteous and helpful. If only all contractors and house service firms were like this!

Malcolm at Maintracts was fantastic. With the cold snap our boiler malfunctioned and he was remarkably helpful dealing with our emergency even though he was juggling several other emergencies at the same time.

Toby came to fix a radiator that was not working and checked the whole system, sorted the broken radiator and gave us advice on the use of the heating.

It’s fair to say that my wife and I have had some questionable experiences with contractors over the years. Regularly we have felt overcharged, under-advised or just frankly disappointed and annoyed by the service provided and/ or the work conducted. Not with Maintracts, specifically Matthew. Matthew is one of those god-like human beings who has selflessly perfected his trade as a heating technician, over the years, to what can only be described as a Mr Miyagi style perfection and knowledge of the boiler and heating technique world. His focus on our job from the moment he walked through our door was sensational. Our experience began with their 24hour available call centre - polite, efficient and effective. The team gave me three updates before Matthew arrived as to where he was and what time he’d be with me - he arrived bang on time, not a moment later. He was kind, explanatory and understood the issues we were facing immediately. He took his shoes off, interacted brilliantly with my inquisitive four year old, cracked on with the job at pace and sorted an 18month old issue out in under and hour and a half. We will never ever use anyone else when it comes to heating and plumbing needs. Matthew and Maintracts, you have our business for life. Matthew, you’re a gem, they’re lucky to have you, your next customers are very lucky people. Thanks again - toasty warm house, three happy kids and a happy wife.

Very professional, courteous and reliable outfit. They were able to diagnose the problem by video and visit soon after to fix the tap. Clear pricing structure and good communication throughout.
A week later they were able to provide video call support for a flooded kitchen due to a broken washing machine at very short notice! Invaluable assistance.

I had to have an old twin boiler set up removed and replaced with a single modern boiler requiring considerable changes to pipe work, electrics and two full days of work. Matthew is highly experienced at this sort of complex work and I chose him as I was confident he would do a good job for me, as indeed he did. It was two full days of work and required a lot of pipe work alterations and modifications to the whole set up all in a very small room. The new system controlled now by a Nest system is functioning perfectly.

Clear, written itemised bills.Get back to you when they said they would.
Sorted out out the shower, were polite to our tenant .
