1/25/2026- update- the company did reach out to me to address my concerns and I shipped the bag back to Australia about a week ago. I am now waiting on a refund because I did have to replace their bag. This time I went with a timeless designer with brand power, longevity and of course, functionality.
If I could rate at 0 stars I would. The name sounds sexy, edgy, but this bag is poor quality and I regret making the purchase. First, it takes forever to receive the bag. It took almost a month after I made the purchase to receive it. It arrives boxed pretty and I was so excited once I got it. However, I haven't even had mine for 6 months and it already started creasing. When I contacted customer service, they turn the interaction into a pen pal one and gaslight you into thinking its your fault the bag has issues. They are not good with standing by their product or so called warranty, so I definitely don't recommend. I like to give new products a try, but sometimes it might be better to go with a designer who has been in business much longer and not waste time or effort on some of these new designs with cheap material and costly sticker prices. I don't mind paying for a good product, but I can't stand a high price tag for a cheap design then the company tries to make it my fault the bag has issues.

This company truly cares about its customers.
I purchased a bag over two years ago - a gorgeous little Small Soft Tote - which I have enjoyed using over that time. The bag is masterfully constructed with quality leather and has held up well with use. Maison de SABRÃ clearly thinks through the design of their bags. Itâs such a perfect size to transition from day to night and holds everything you could need - and with pockets!
Unfortunately, after all this time, I noticed a small issue with the handle and contacted Maison to see if it might be possible to get it repaired, as it was out of warranty.
I dealt with Carmela, who was very lovely and patient and attentive throughout the whole process. Her service was top tier.
She passed on my inquiry to the product team, and stayed in touch with me throughout to update.
While the company does not offer repairs, they granted me a one time goodwill replacement, despite the bag being out of warranty, simply because they wanted me to be able to keep enjoying my purchase.
I cannot state enough how appreciative I was of that. As I said, itâs clear this company cares about their customers.
Given how highly I think of my bag and the amazing service I received from Carmela - I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone wanting to make a quality purchase. Not only are the goods beautifully designed and well manufactured, but the company stands behind their merchandise and the customer service is exemplary. I ordered a very popular item two weeks ago and knew that the item would take up to 14 business days to ship which was fine with me. The other day I realised I wanted to add something to my order so I reached out to the business team on their Instagram and Naomi was very understanding and kindly referred me to the Client Services team.
