I recently purchased the Pokémon charm from MAISON de SABRÉ and I’m honestly so happy with it. The design is incredibly cute and playful, especially if you’re a Pokémon fan. It adds a fun pop of personality to my bag without looking cheap or over-the-top.

Very bad experience with Maison de Sabre
Has been over a month since I placed my order. The website says the delivery time is 4 to 10 days. I placed my order on February 19, and only on March 9 did I receive a tracking update saying that my package had been delivered to a random post office somewhere in Australia because it did not meet the requirements for shipment to my country. My order was a gift for a special occasion, but due to Maison de Sabre, I was unable to give it. What was a first big dissapointment for me.
After i contact Maison de sabre as soon as i saw that my order was deliverd at a post office. They told me that my package wil be returned to the warehouse and resent my order right away. It's been 2 weeks since this message and i have not received any updates. My second dissapoint.
To make it even worse, looking at all the facts, actions from Maison de Sabre and circumstances i decided to cancel my order and requested to have the purchase amount refunded as it is my right as a Europe customer under the Europe law that they must follow. Right now I have been waiting since March 13 for a response to my request to cancel my order and have the purchase amount refunded. I have send 3 emails to Maison de sabre about the cancellation and my rights as a Europe customer but they ignore me completely.
Ordering at Maison cost me a lot of stress and time. Till now i didnt recieve anything, instead i have lost my money and i am being completely ignored. I didnt expect a proper course of action so the only way for me is to contact my bank to have my money refunded.
I feel helpless, mistreated, and extremely disappointed in Maison de Sabre.

Wish all luxury brands did this. I ordered a bag from this brand, and within 12 hours of putting my order in I emailed to say I wanted to add something to it. They didn't get back to me for a few days, which was annoying because I knew the longer it'd be the less change I'd have of amending my order. And of course they came back saying it's already been processed and that it can't be amended. BUT they still offered me free shipping on the item I wanted to add - which was a small gesture and what I would expect from all retail businesses but so many of them don't do the bare minimum and Maison de Sabré gained my trust. Thank you.

It goes without saying that the products are outstanding, but it was the post purchased customer care from Carmela that was a real stand out for me.

phone case
Recently bought a phone case. Their website shows an amazing emerald green colour but I’m real life it’s a dull green with poor material quality, I’m not sure whether it a genuine leather as it’s very dry smells like glue. Very disappointing.

I have a Louis Vuitton tote bag which I…
I have a Louis Vuitton tote bag which I find it inconvenient for travelling especially with suitcases in tow and wanted a backpack and accidentally came across this brand. I like the design and decided to take it on my South America and Antartic cruise.
It passed by flying colour even under drizzling rain.
