He pagado más de 800 euros por dos sillones. Han tardado tres meses en llegar. Cuando los hemos recibido (en una caja mugrienta enviada desde China, obviamente esos muebles los ha hecho alguien que no tiene la menor idea de quién es Dalà o dónde está Figueras), hemos comprobado que tienen una calidad pésima. Las cremalleras a la vista, de color negro y chapucero, las costuras dobladas e irregulares, las patas están cojas.
En la vida pensé que un producto con tan buen marketing tuviera una calidad tan lamentable.
No se me ocurrirÃa volver a comprarles nada. Una pena

I would advise anyone to think twice before ordering. All looks lovely but it is a SCAM unfortunately. Everything is shipped from China, takes forever or doesnât arrive. I ordered a lamp in July which still had not arrived and customer service do not respond to my requests for refunds. AVOID. 400 euro gone.

Ik heb twee lampen besteld, beide met een glazen kap. Helaas kwamen ze gebroken aan. Tot overmaat van ramp moest ik ook nog eens â¬23 aan extra importkosten betalen, iets waar ik vooraf niet op was gewezen. De klantenservice blijft volhouden dat ze vanuit Spanje verzenden, maar in werkelijkheid blijkt het een dropshipper vanuit China te zijn. E-mails worden volledig genegeerd, en de reacties via WhatsApp zijn onbeschoft en onvriendelijk. Een zeer frustrerende ervaring en ik zou hier niet opnieuw bestellen. Uiteindelijk geen oplossing gekregen en mijn verlies maar genomen. Zonde van je geld...
honestly upset
i know that we're somehow obligated to trust things on the internet with a beautiful guise...but upon opening my package with zero maison figueras insignia, just a tiny instruction pamphlet clearly translated from mandarin into english says it all. also, left my LED wireless lamp to charge for several more hours than required and it still won't turn back on. broken. defective. definitely don't wait more than 72 hours before finding this unfortunate news out, and don't forget to obligatorily film the unboxing of the product!
p.s. i wouldn't be surprised if they paid humans to write their 5-star reviews on this site

HUGE SCAM
CAREFUL with this one. I just notified EU regulations to take a closer look at - and hopefully close - this scam. Using a nice website and a "Made in Spain" to actually send products from China, subject to expensive customs and with absolutely no customer service (tracking number does not exist, no clear information ever provided, everything extremely delayed). Happy to sue them and if it's not for the purpose of having my money back, at least to don't let anyone else fall into their crazy madness.

Worst purchase ever. I received a product that looks nothing like what I ordered. So poorly made. I google image searched found the rug I did receive on Temu for less than a fraction of the price. One of the products I ordered was never delivered and I was never reimbursed. Customer service was extremely rude and unhelpful.

The website is a total scam. Ordered two items totaling an amount of 2000â¬. Both items arrived over a month late and damaged. The items are marketed as being design items from Spain, however they are cheaply looking and made and shipped from china. Absolutely terrible experience
Absolutely terrible experience. Save yourself time and $ and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I ordered a few lamps, the delivery was extremely delayed and I wasnât able to receive the package (if it ever came) as I was away traveling for a few months. Upon my return, I assumed it was sent back to sender and I requested a refund since I never received the package.
After countless emails, IG dms, WhatsApp messages, still no refund and no one to speak to. They just dodge the issue and pretend that someone will get back to, itâs been going on for weeks. This company is a scam with non existent customer service.

Encargue en marzo dos butacas, hasta junio no aparecieron en España en aduanas, donde además de estar retenidas dos meses por problemas de pagos de impuestos, tuve que adelantar yo MÃS DE QUINIENTOS EUROS en aranceles.
El servicio de atención al cliente da respuesta cuando le da la real gana y casi nunca con soluciones.
Es casi octubre y de las dos butacas SOLO HA LLEGADO UNA. La otra NO LA LOCALIZAN dicen.
TOTAL: casi 4.000⬠por una UNA BUTACA EN LUGAR DE DOS y MADE IN CHINA.

Absolutely disgusting. Tracking number that didnât work and then when it finally worked I learnt that my product had been sent back saying I should have contacted customs. How was I meant to know? Awful customer service between WhatsApp and email. The company now saying no refund possible etc etc. never ever use! Pure disgusting scam artists. This has been going on for 3 months now as well.

Absolutely Terrible
I am just absolutely baffled by the terrible experience I've had with Maison Figueras. They market themselves as a high quality luxury brand. We bought two lamps from them (apparently 'on sale' lol) and it took them two months to arrive. When they finally arrived, they were in boxes straight from China with no branding or anything inside or outside. The packing materials inside was all hilariously hand cut pieces of low quality polystyrene, and it was just immediately clear that the whole product was extremely low quality made of extremely thin metal that wasn't even rounded off at the end (so still sharp!) and glass and plastic. Basically, just a lamp I could have bought for $5 in Chinatown, but instead I spent $200 for the lamp 'on sale', with the supposed original price being $600. On top of that, there were damaged pieces of the lamp. So, I wrote to them and requested a return and refund. It took them a month to get back to me, when they did, they informed me that I would have to ship the lamps back to China, pay for the shipping myself AND the customs fees, and that they would only give me a partial refund.
So yes, it is clear what their whole business model is built on. They sell people terrible products and bank on the fact that the cost of shipping and returning the item back to China will be more than the cost of the lamp itself, and so nobody returns their products. How can people sleep at night working for such a terrible operation? I mean, in a way it's genius. Well done Maison Figueras for doing a great job at being terrible.
PS, I know there are great, high quality products that come from China, but this is not one of them

No compren en esta empresa, son unos estafadores, no disponen del producto, son meros intermediarios, y los productos se quedan en la aduana meses y dificilmente llegan, por supuesto ni contestan a ls reclamaciones ni decuelven dinero. J'ai effectué un achat sur ce site, pour une lampe. C'était le 19 juin. Aujourd'hui 12 septembre, toujours rien reçu.
J'ai réclamé auprÚs de leur service client sur WhatsApp en juillet, mais on me fait balader. Pour me calmer, on me donne un lien UPS pour suivre le colis, devant partir de Pologne. Ce lien n'a jamais suivi quoi que ce soit, UPS n'ayant jamais rien reçu. J'écris rien du tout.
En août, aprÚs avoir posté une story sur instagram, on me recontacte en me disant "Pourquoi je voulais contacter le service client". Incroyable!
On me dit que la lampe est lourde, et qu'elle sera envoyé le 29 août par MER!!! Sur leur site, ils annoncent pourtant que le délai de livraison était de 5-10 jours ouvrables. Je ne savais pas qu'un colis pourrait prendre la mer pour être livré en UE (le colis est sensé être envoyé depuis l'Espagne, d'où mon grand étonnement).
Bref, j'essaie d'obtenir un remboursement... Qui vivra verra. Fuyez!

Bought 2 lamps from them. They are made so cheap, itâs not even funny. One of them doesnât even work. Customer service is awful, really just a scam.

Dont ever ever trust Maison Figueras nor their employees. Seem so kind and nice and they offer so many perks like paying after ordering and whatsapping you pictures of the product and so on. Yet when you want to return, they make you return and you dont get your money back. You get ignored by email, by whatsapp, by phone. It is a disgrace. The products are made in China and have to be zent back to China for return (which you have to pay for yourself) but they dont give tou a full adress so that the return gets stuck at the Chinese post office! They then refuse to help you further and ignore you. I have this black on white! Most of all, they keep your money! So disrecpectful, so mean, horrible people.
