Estafa. El producto no es lo que te muestran.

Leveransen tog flera månader och när paketet slutligen kom saknades hälften av varorna. Kundtjänsten svarar knapphändigt via Whatsup. Känner mig så dum att jag gick på den här bluffen.

Yo también he tenido que pagar 7 euros de aduanas por una lampara que viene de China, después de un mes esperando y sin recibir respuesta en ningún mail, hasta que por el chat de whatsapp me atendieron muy amablemente eso sí.
Bastante decepcionante y caro para el origen del producto.

Copycat fake faulty product which I didn't realize was a copycat fake brand as it was shown on the Instagram ad. It took weeks for the item to arrive in a sub-par packaging from China. When I realised it was faulty and contacted the after sales support, I was responded with a random WhatsApp number that did not respond to my inquiry in a professional way at all. I chased them a few times but have little hope I will be able to get the right product. Do not use this website!

I bought the Alene chair as i like the design. I received it this week and the quality of the materials is horrible. The cover feels like a very cheap fleece jacket, the assembly use cheap iron piece, etc. The chair is so hard, you can't seat on it. The price (i got it for £311 on sale) doesnt match the quality at all. Dont get fool by the nice pictures on instagram, the end product look super cheap. Stay away

I purchased a lamp that was billed as limited time clearance at €125, reduced from around €400. When ordering I was given a rough estimate for delivery of over a month later, but didn't receive any estimates as part of my order confirmation. After a while I started to notice the same lamp advertised on other sites at a much lower price, with the same picture used elsewhere. When I returned to the site I noticed that the timer indicating the end of the clearance was the same as when I'd ordered, even though it was 2 weeks later. After browsing more around the site I found lots of inconsistencies and spelling mistakes that made it clear that this was not a legitimate business with no evidence of them actually being based in Barcelona, where the website states they are. When placing my order I hadn't noticed that they stated that all items would be dispatched from their China warehouse, which raised more red flags. I also still hadn't received an order update after 3 weeks.

I couldn't find any other mention of the store online, and when looking through the other reviews on Trustpilot I could see that 90% of them were identical and had been submitted by bots. After all this I realised that this was a scam drop-shipping site that was upselling cheap low-quality products at much higher prices. I then emailed to cancel my order, but didn't get a response for several days. I messaged their WhatsApp number and received no response at all. After 4 days I finally got a generic email reply that was written in an unhelpful tone informing me that the order could no longer be cancelled as I was outside of the policy window. Referring to the website I found that this stated orders could only be cancelled within 1 hour of ordering. When I browsed the returns policy I could also see many exceptions included, so it was clear that the company was doing everything it could to prevent customers from cancelling or returning products to avoid having to give a refund.

Luckily I had placed the order through PayPal and was able to raise a dispute, through which I was able to claim a refund.

Please avoid using this site, I did not receive a product in the end but I have no doubt that anything received would be a cheap replica product. The customer service given was non-existent and was clearly designed to prevent me from getting any money back.

I bought an quiet expensive lamp, the big balloon lamp, it came without any instructions for the built up, the foot was totally scratched and damaged, and it was very NOT worth the price in quality. I put the lamp together unfortunately after 14 days and they didn't take it back or sent me a new foot

I ordered many pieces and paid a large sum of money : Gia bench, small orange lamp, one big lamp and a carpet. Unfortunately it looks like it’s a Scam! I feel cheated, I received items that are very low quality and that I wouldn’t buy for 10% of what I paid. I paid around 2000 usd and the items I received are worth 300 usd max. The website description and the photos are very different from the actual product. I tried to reach them multiple times for a return in vain!
finally someone answered from a gmail account, if this doesn’t scream suspicious I don’t know what is. And they have not yet responded again to process my return. I would Watch out if I were you. Not recommended!

This is 100% a scam, steer clear. The other 5* reviews are clearly fake- took months for my chair to arrive, when it did it was from China, poorly packaged and had marks and worn bolts so it was clearly previously used. The fabric and colour were not velvet and not the same purple as on the website.
I emailed asking for a refund and heard nothing. Will keep trying.
In the meantime, please please don’t make my mistake and steer clear!
Clever scam with high prices and good photos, but poor quality rip off products.

I ordered a chair, which I thought would be send from Europe. Then I received an e-mail weeks after my purchase with a track and trace code that did not work. Then they replied me with a working code but according to the track and trace, the package was send from China, not from Europe, so it took 2 months to arrive in Belgium. Now the track and trace says it is in costums and needs another payment but I received no note or any communication of the package being in costums, there is also no one to contact so I will probably never receive the chair. In other words, I have been scammed :)

The quality of the products is terrible. It is quality typical of China and not typical of the prices they charge. The products arrive poorly wrapped. They divide the shipments into several different shipments and there is always one that is held up in customs and they do not help you get it out of there. They do not answer emails and do not respond to customer requests to return the purchased products. It is the closest thing to a scam and a rip-off. I insist, I am still amazed at how incredibly shabby their products are. Do not trust what you see on their website or on social media.

I would never recommend this company to anyone. If you read this, you do not recommend it to anyone either, it is just throwing money away.

La calidad de los productos es pésima. Es calidad propia de China y no propia de los precios que cobran. Los productos llegan mal envueltos. Dividen los envíos en varios envíos distintos y siempre hay alguno que se queda retenido en la aduanda y no te ayudan a sacarlo de allí. No contestan los e-mails y no responden ante la solicitud de los clientes de querer devolver los productos comprados. Es lo más cercano a una estafa y a un timo. Insisto, sigo asombrada por lo increíblemente cutres que son sus productos. No os fiéis de lo que veis ni en su página web ni en redes sociales.

No le recomendaría esta empresa a nadie nunca. Si lees esto, tampoco tú lo recomiendas a nadie, es directamente tirar el dinero a la basura.

I ordered expensive “lamps” that arrived without any electrification. There are no cords or batteries for lights whatsoever. When I reached out to the only contact ( an email) I only got a tracking app. Rip off

Customs duties are due as shipping from China and not from Spain/Europe as suggested. Inferior replicas, delivery delays and customer service is virtually non-existent.

La peor experiencia que he tenido en una compra online. Me han estafado, los productos que han llegado son de malísima calidad. Declararon menos importe en aduanas y tengo que pagar 350€ para recibir el paquete.

These products are manufactured in China and not as advertised. Lamp arrived broken, with parts missing — did not even work when plugged in. Have spent the past month trying to get a refund from an inept customer service team to no avail. Will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau.

Producto de AliExpress! Te lo cobran 3 veces más caros y nisiquiera lo tienen en stock! Tarda más que si lo pides directamente en AliExpress. Compré la misma lámpara que en AliExpress te garantizaban el envío en 6-7 días y me tardò 35 días!! El servicio post ventas un desastre, te responden a medias después de 2 días y no te dan ninguna solución!

Cheap sh. I ordered a lamp which came ages later in a different color. Claimed Spanish brand but came from China.
Don’t waste your money

After more than a month from ordering, I received the Hillary Green Lamp last week and was surprised by the item's colour, completely different from what I ordered. I am yet to understand if I received the wrong item, or if I was a victim of false and misleading advertising of the product online.
The green is of very different finish, which in interior design creates an undeniable laughable difference.
I have requested for the correct item to be sent, and am now awaiting response.

Scammers! I placed an order almost 2 months ago for in stock wall lamp. When I tried to follow-up they claimed a defected production then they failed to give me any update and they refused to refund.
Watch out! Don't buy from them
