Extremely disappointing experience with Maison Figueras. I’ve been waiting over a three months for the lamp (him blue) I ordered, and apparently, the package got stolen. The tracking link provided never worked, so I have no idea where my order is or if it will ever arrive. Despite sending multiple emails and text messages to three different people, I’ve received no updates or answers. It's scam !!!

They pretend to be a Spanish company, but in fact their products come from China. Although they assure free shipping and no import taxes, I had to pay 41euros at customs. Also, their products aren't originals, but counterfeit.

I've never encountered such a terrible company as Maison Figueras. I immediately cancelled my order MF3042 within company policy. They then tried to convince me to keep the order, but I was firm in my decision. They then shipped the unwanted orders.

After numerous attempts to resolve the issue, I was assured a full refund, including shipping costs. However, they later backtracked, stating I would have to pay for return shipping to China (yes...apparently the products are from china). When I expressed my concerns, I received a threatening response regarding legal action for mentioning my social media presence.

Maison Figueras' customer service is abysmal. They've ignored my emails, their promises are empty, and their threats are ridiculous. I strongly advise anyone considering purchasing from them to think twice. This has been the most frustrating and stressful experience I've ever had with a company.

Terrible customer service. I’m waiting for more than 1 month for the lamps I’ve ordered and (apparently) they are still in China. I never got a way to track the order, as the link I was provided didn’t work. I don’t know if they will ever arrive to me - I’m not getting any updates and answers for my multiple emails. Don’t get fooled - this company has nothing to do with Spain or Dali, and all the b*llshit that they wrote on their website. It’s just another scam or terrible dropshipping. I asked for a refund - they are not responding to my request. So no money (almost 400€) and no lamps… My AliExpress orders come way faster and have waaaay better customer service. Please, learn from my mistakes and don’t support these scammers. I also got fooled by the nice pictures…

Do not buy from them, spend your money elsewhere.

Fake cheap products dropshipped from China.

He comprado varios artículos aquí y estoy muy satisfecho con la calidad. El montaje es mucho más fácil y rápido que en Ikea y la calidad es realmente buena. Cuando tuve un problema me ofrecieron dos soluciones excelentes. Los recomiendo encarecidamente.

Maisonfigueras reparó mi sofá defectuoso en garantía, sólo con un correo electrónico y fotos.

Me gusta el diseño moderno y la amplia selección. Los precios, la calidad y la rapidez de entrega son perfectos para mí. Comprar muebles aquí es un verdadero placer. Lo recomiendo encarecidamente.

My order never came. I sent a lot of e-mail to ask for the delivery/shipping tracking number to search with the provider what happened to the supposedly shipped order. Ever got a number or even a reply. I spend quite some money for 2 lamps I never saw for real. No reimbursement, no communication, no apologies. Things seems to come from China as the only link I got at the start was all in chinese then nothing… for me this is 100% A FRAUD.

Absolutely terrible quality product and experience. This website is a scam, masquerading as a high end European furniture supplier with amazing discounts when in fact their products are extremely cheap and poorly designed and made in China. I ordered two small lamps and received two large lamps, when assembled the pieces were the wrong lengths and didn’t hold together, the components were all extremely cheap and poor quality. I alerted Maison Figueras about the incorrect order and the quality and have received no response. What I ordered was a pair of high-design, high quality lamps for £600, what I got was the wrong lamps, not worth more than about £20 each. I am astounded that this company is allowed to operate and continue conning people out of significant sums of money.

I wish I had visited Trust Pilot before making this order, I believe the bad reviews here as these also reflect my experience.

Do not trust any review that says this company is good. It is a complete hoax.
They send out really beautiful Instagram adverts with deals, then don’t have the stock to fulfill the order. I paid nearly £100 for a ceiling light and had to wait over two months for them to make it and then wait for it to be shipped out directly from China. There is no “Maison figueras”. It’s smoke and mirrors. There is just someone replying to emails while they take lots of money from you for stock that doesn’t exist. To add insult to injury, I received the item and its terrible quality. I want to return the item and get a refund but they’re now making that process difficult. I am fully liable for getting the item packaged and posted back to their shop in China AND i am left footing the bill for the shipping. I feel completely powerless to get my money back without having to spent more time/energy/money on this process. They make it difficult on purpose because they don’t want to give customers their money back. It’s a get-rich-quick scheme. Stay away from this company and its awful products and even worse customer service.

Horrible, cheap quality from China (you even have to pay customs extra), even more horrible customer service. They deleted my Instagram comments (their Instagram is a machine full of trolls with positive reviews).
Don't buy from them.

I wanted to refund the two lights I bought (£147). After providing all the information and photos of the items that they asked for via email, they ghosted me. Luckily I've contacted my bank who have temporarily refunded the money and have contacted the sellers' bank to sort it out. Dont fall for the insta ads and webpage like I did!

This website is an ABSOLUTE SCAM! Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY unless you want to throw your money away! I ordered a stool and a lamp, but after waiting over THREE WEEKS, I only received the stool. The lamp—the most expensive item—never showed up!

I immediately reached out to their so-called customer service, and it took multiple emails to even get a reply. When they finally responded, it was obvious that the people handling my case had no clue what they were doing, and their responses were barely understandable. It’s now been over TWO MONTHS, and I’m still without my lamp. All I keep hearing is that they’re “looking into it.”

This company is a complete JOKE. Don’t expect them to follow up or resolve anything. Save yourself the frustration and STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SCAM!

I had an extremely bad experience with this company.
First of all they took around two months to send the goods to me once I received them I had to go to the postal office and on top of it. I had to pay customs which were €30.
Customer service took extremely long to reply. That’s why I will never recommend this company.

The lamp arrived broken and without any electrical safety label - our electrician said it should have one, it is not properly insulated and doesn't have an earthing terminal.

I wrote to them but they are not replying to me. Won't buy again from them.

Here I was, wanting to buy a lamp that I had seen before in interior design magazines and in store windows. After a search online, I came across Maison Figueras and their permanent lamp sale. I should have listened to my gut telling me that the offer was too good to be true, and that the "about us" page was really more a mirage of what could be, and not a serious what is.

So, I ordered a lamp, that I thought was the real designer lamp, as MF uses the exact same images to advertise their lamps as the real designer brand. Also, MF claim that they are a Spanish company operating out of Spain and that their items are shipped from various different countries - MF stays very vague about everything they do, so you don't really know anything specific - and my lamp was shipped from China directly, see they lure you with specifying that they operate together with the Netherlands Post to ship their orders, which is true, and one thinks that the product comes from within the EU therefore. Only to receive a cheaply made imitation of the lamp one had seen online.

Not only was the lamp of sub-par condition, but also not functional. Of course the webshop states some obscure policies that make returns virtually impossible, as you have to return the so-called product to the warehouse in China at your own expense, how convenient! On top of that, the so-called customer service is unprofessional and the e-mails contain many spelling and other language mistakes, as does the website on closer inspection.

TL;DR: Stay away from this store as far as possible and don't order anything, save your money and nerves people, stay away from Maison Figueras.
