I placed my order over two months ago and i sent several e-mails asking for an update. The only response i got after a month was: ‘Hello, sorry for the wait, we were on vacation. The order is on its way

The track and trace is showing no progress over these two months.

After reading these reviews, I’m starting to think it is a scam. Don’t buy here!

UNA AUTÉNTICA ESTAFA

1) Producto chino 2) pésima atención al cliente (no resuelven ninguna incidencia cuando por fin responden) 3) plazos de entrega mucho más largos 4) a pesar de lo que pone en la web de que no te encuentras sustos en el pago, cuando por fin recibes el producto (en diferentes entregas), tienes que pagar costes de aduana de los que no avisan previamente (30€ más en mi caso). UN AUTÉNTICO DESASTRE

Um dos produtos veio danificado e com falta de peças para a montagem. Quando confrontados a resposta foi que estão a ver com os colegas, até ao momento que deixaram de responder.

Poor after sales care for damaged goods

Floor lamp arrived damaged on 16 Jul after order placed on 20 June. Product comes from Guangzhou China. I have sent photos of the damaged lamp on 16 Jul. To date, I have sent 3-4 emails to get aftercare service on refund or replacement. So far, I have only received 1 email from Maison Figueras in the past week, and they suggest only the packaging was damaged?? The lamp costs SGD355 but looks like a poorly made imitation product with value less than SGD20 declared on the courier slip.

It's scammers like the certificate in the other comments. positive comments must be fake. I placed an order for 1000 euros but I realized that they bought their products on temu to resell them for more. I wanted to cancel but no response. I placed my order two months ago but I haven't received anything. Please report them on social media.

Disappointing Quality and Misleading Product Information

I recently purchased a Himm lamp from Maison Figueras and I'm extremely disappointed with what I received. There are several issues that potential customers should be aware of:

Size Discrepancy: The website advertised the lamp as 170cm tall, but the one I received is only 120cm - a significant 30% smaller.
Poor Construction: The lamp has visible weld lines, indicating subpar manufacturing quality.
Paint Issues: There are multiple noticeable imperfections in the paint job, including missing paint on parts of the lamp.
Lack of Quality Control: The number of issues suggests that there was little to no quality checking before the product was shipped.

I've reached out to the company for a resolution, either requesting a replacement that matches the advertised specifications or a full refund including return shipping.

Based on this experience, I would caution other shoppers to be very careful when considering a purchase from Maison Figueras.

The difference between what was advertised and what was delivered is concerning, and the quality does not meet the standards one would expect from a furniture retailer at this price point.

Crazy business

I wrote another review before a month back maybe. They told me i cannot have a refund because my item has already been shipped out.

The tracking website that was given says my item is going from China to Spain? Erm hello i live in the middle of southeast asia, Singapore, to be specific. how is it possible that my item is going to spain and then where???

Honestly confused 


Honestly confused 
. Bought a lamp. Waited nearly 7 weeks for delivery. When it arrived it was broken and it is NO WHERE NEAR the same finish and colour as the item I ordered. No one from customer service is responding to my emails. Can’t even fix the lamp because the fitting is broken. Useless brand. Scam through and through!

100% scam!

Bought a lamp, waited 3 months only for it to arrive arrive broken to smithereens. Very poor packaging. No answers from customer service. 100% scam this site, steer away!!
Update: Finally got a reply from customer services. They wanted to send me a new lamp, I said no thanks, cause I don't trust it won't just arrive 3 months too late and broken again. Then they just stopped replying again. So basically they are thieves. I paid them 250 euros, and they just took it.

Casi 2 meses y no tengo noticias de mi pedido.

Hice un pedido el 7 de mayo de 2024. En la web decía que tardaba "x" días de shipping y luego, porque me mudaba de país y no me salía la fecha exacta, solicité un cambio de destino en el shipping, ya que la empresa no cumplía con el plazo de días que especificaba la web. En esto fueron bastante atentos aunque se hicieron un poco lio. Mi pedido es el MF1739 y son unos marcos de acrílico. Ya han pasado casi 2 meses y les he preguntado por whatsapp les he llamado y no tengo una respuesta ni una solución. Les dije que el envío se cambiaba de Madrid a República Dominicana y se confundieron y pusieron Isla Dominica.... Estoy intentando contactarles y no tengo respuesta. Por favor exijo una respuesta de fecha estimada de entrega de mi pedido. Lo hice de buenas maneras desde el inicio, inclusive felicitándoles por la selección de sus productos en su web, pues son muy curiosos y bonitos pero ya no me quedó más remedio que escribir esta reseña. Espero que en el momento que lo reciba, sea real que ustedes se hacen cargo de los gastos de envio. (Esto en el caso de que algún día me lleguen)

Hidden side of Maison Figueras

To everyone considering buying an item at Maison Figueras, please read carefully this note:
I bought a lamp in clearance for 350,99€. Regular price 1.179,99€. At the time of purchase, I only had a few hours left before the end of clearance: promotional countdown on the website! I was super happy to invest in this lamp as a gift to myself for our new home. Maison Figueras was promoting a shipping delivery deadline for the 21st of June 2024. Wonderful.
I received an order confirmation with a number in order to track my order online. However, my order seems to be “not available”. I wrote numerous emails, DM on Instagram, WhatsApp messages and PayPal Chat in order to advise them to fix the problem ASAP but it is still not working. Strange for a company selling high priced products...
I was really surprised to notice that the lamp clearance was starting all over again every day for one month. My surprise was even bigger when I tracked the stock level of my lamp in my country and saw that it was not changing: “only two left!” every day.
So, I decided to write an email to Maison Figueras. I received this explanation “This item is made to order and manufactured by hand, so this process takes some time”. By definition is a sale clearance an “event at a store or online shop, during which it sells products at a lower price than usual in order to get rid of them”. That mean that the products need to be ON STOCK. So why do my lamp need to be produced if the stock level Maison Figueras is promoting on their website is more than 1 piece?
I asked numerous times when will I get my order shipped as the promoted deadline already passed and still no tracking number arrived. I got as answer: “it will be shipped in a few days”. Ok but what does “in a few days” mean? I agreed with their customer service on a new shipping deadline. Guess what? This deadline as not been fullfilled.
I started to have a closer look on their Instagram account, Posts and reels and on the accounts from the customer (???) commenting them. Please be curious by yourself and you will learn a lot about the company.
I have been chatting with them on numerous channels: PayPal, Instagram, WhatsApp and email in order to collect information.
I was really surprised that Maison Figueras is deleting on Instagram every negative feedback from real customer regarding their shipping experience.
I started as well to have a closer look at the accounts of the customer (???) leaving a positive Feedback on Trustpilot. Please have a closer look by yourself before considering ordering something. Look of the frequency of positive feedbacks after a negative one in order for the company to stay in the ranking.
A man once said “the bigger the lie, the more people follow”. Maison Figueras made a massive investment on online marketing but what is the hidden side of this business?
I have been asking for the cancellation and reimbursement of my order which is by law legitimate after not having fulfilled their shipping deadlines.
As Maison Figueras is promoting being an honest company, answering their client feedback, I expect them to send me a proof of reimbursement in the next 24 hours.
If this is not happening, all potential customer will know on this way what kind of company they are dealing with and my feedback on Trustpilot will only be the beginning of a much more massive action.

Never received my order and no response from after sales

Been waiting for a month. For outrageously expensive lamps to be utterly shocked and surprised that a I receive a package from China with only 1 item out of the 4 I ordered.

I ordered a stool and 3 extremely expensive floor lamps. After 1 month I only received the stool in a cheap box and packaging from China. Did not receive the 3 floor lamps I ordered.

Have sent 4 emails and a chat on whatsApp but there is no reply.

Very unprofessional, dodgy. It's a rip off!! I am unable to get a refund for the floor lamps!!
