I had requested more information on a product and I got the answers to my questions quickly. Amazing customer service.

Update 2: Updated my review too soon. Finally got my order, but they only replied to me after I left the first bad review and left public comments on their Instagram. Suddenly they were interested in locating the order. Now I finally got it a month later, and a plate is broken. Funny thing is that the actual artisan informed me that they drop ship and the pieces come from her—somehow items directly ordered from her came in a week, but Maison Flaneur took a month to get this together. Wish I’d known and ordered everything directly from her and kills me that they’ll take a cent from her.
ANYWAY no response when I sent photos of the broken plate. I’m sure I’ll have to go annoy them on social media again. Very tiresome and I don’t have time for this. Just respond to people without them having to call you out publicly. Best thing I can say is if you like anything they sell, just go directly to the artisan and order it. These middle men are so shady. Let’s see if they respond to this, a lawyer, or social media first.

PS in response to their message below, how is an email typed incorrectly but somehow correct enough for you to spam that same email with sales 😂😂😂 what a horrid excuse. I used a different name on the shipping, you know, how people often do for gifts. So you’re saying that if someone gifts something from your website to someone other than themselves you’ll take a month or more to send the package and become confused by the names not matching from sender to recipient? What? This is the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard.

Update: They were able to locate the order and it’s hopefully on its way now. Things happen and I’m so glad they were able to work it out.

DO NOT BUY! I ordered four Minnie Mae studio decorative plates from them in early January. They never sent me a confirmation or tracking, even though I was charged on the same day. When a month later they never showed up, I messaged them through the website—no answer. I then emailed them and they finally responded that they had no record of my order despite me giving them photos of my bank record showing the charge, along with address, name, email, etc. They then continued to ignore me, so I had to dispute the charge with my bank, who said I had indeed been charged. Now I have to wait at least two billing cycles (months) to hopefully be refunded. So essentially they stole from me—they took my money and refused to send anything or refund me. Thats theft. This company is just fancy thieves. Gross.

Lovely company with fabulously curated products. Lots of unique items and a really broad range of prices. Definitely will go to again for inspiration and if I’m lucky to purchase some gorgeous crafted pieces.

100€ voor een T shirt betaald en ik krijg de verkeerde maat opgestuurd. Vervolgens krijg ik in plaats van mijn geld terug een cadeaubon. Dan nog maar een keer wat besteld met de cadeaubon, een trui van €120 na 2 weken nog steeds niks gehoord, geen reactie op mn e mails en een maand later krijg ik eindelijk reactie dat ik mijn pakket niet meer binnen krijg en dat het is terug gestuurd

I placed my order on a Friday and needed to amend the email address for further updates on the order, this was swiftly done by the team. The delivery was the next day by DPD, which I didn’t pay extra for, just the regular delivery costs. The ordered item is just stunning. What a great shopping experience!

I liked their website and the products were really high quality. I also had a stock question for them and they responded to me quickly. Nice company to deal with.

This was my first purchase from Maison Flaneur although I’ve been admiring their products for a long time! Their selection of beautiful and unique home goods is SO fun to browse! Many products are imported from artists around the world and are not readily found on other sites or certainly not in stores here in the US. Great product, quick delivery (on this item) and very pleased with my purchase!

Maison Flaneur has 0 respect for their customers. I ordered some expensive cushions (£75 each) and they not only misrepresented delivery time (said it would be 3-5 working days when it was 1+ month) but they actually delivered THE WRONG ITEM.

When I notified them of this, they made ABSOLUTELY NO EFFORT to rectify the situation. They simply told me to "send them the cushions back" as if I had placed an incorrect order. It is worth noting that their customer service takes 3-5 working days to respond to every single message, meaning this dispute has been open and unresolved for 1+ months now.

This company poses as a luxury retailer but is actually completely fraudulent and has some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced.

DO NOT BUY from this company.
I have waited months for my products zero communication. I asked to cancel the order and they said I can’t for custom products - I wasn’t aware of this or that they were custom products !! After asking again for a refund I am told that I need now to pay custom charges ! Again not made clear at time of purchase. So no product, no refund . Absolutely appalling company.

The team were so helpful when I had issues purchasing my items! They worked with me to ensure I could complete my order and were very responsive!

Attention, ce site est une market place ! Et si vous vous faites livrer en France, vous paierez des frais de dédouanement correspondant à 20% de votre commande (non annoncés).

Ce n'est pas loin de la pire expérience client possible... j'ai commandé le 17/11/2024, nous sommes le 22/11/2025 (soit plus de 2 mois plus tard) et je n'ai toujours rien reçu. J'ai attendu des mois, envoyé des dizaines d'emails, j'ai payé 20€ de frais de livraison + 20€ de frais de dédouanement non annoncés et non prévus, le colis est annoncé comme livré samedi dernier mais personne ne l'a reçu, ni moi ni un voisin. Je ne sais pas où est le colis ni quels sont les prochaines étapes. A blacklister.

Whilst the products are beautiful, the customer service is beyond frustrating. My order was meant to take 8 weeks, it took 10- without apology or communication until I reached out. 3 had a plastic pane, one had glass (with no specification on the website). Whilst responsive with their communication, their customer service is both ineffectual and unapologetic with constant emails telling me they’ll sort it but without actually doing so!! The most recent now says that we’re sorting it but the product I ordered can’t be returned, so clearly no resolution is in the offing. I’m at my wits end! I’ve no doubt their response to this review will be similarly ineffectual and unresponsive!

Lovely little website with beautiful unique handmade stuff

There was an initial issue with a delayed delivery, but the team followed up proactively and ensured the order arrived in time for Christmas along with some of the best customer service I have experienced. It genuinely felt like i was dealing with a small boutique business that actually cared. Great product, and great customer service.

Purchased a wedding gift for a friend in the US. There was an issue with the delivery service and the gift was returned to the shop. I emailed the company and they sent her a new gift, no questions asked. Shipping was very quick and she was very happy with her new platter! Everything here is soo cute!
