Although the order took over 7 months to arrive communication was provided throughout. It was frustrating as ordered for a Xmas present but it appears to be a smaller business with shipping issues. I brought the Hamman package and all products are 10/10, I’ll be reordering soon! Great quality and no irritation

I never received my order. They never responded to any of my emails or dm’s. It’s been over a month and I’ve still heard nothing. I am having to get a refund through my back. Incredibly unprofessional. As soon as I made my payment the next day they sent me an email saying I was eligible for a pre-order for the same package that I ordered except I get a free gift. However they took money out of my account already. On their website they said that some orders can take a while to be delivered however they also promised to keep customers up to date about their orders. When I try to track my orders now, the link just leads to an error. I am so angered by the level of unprofessionalism. This company should be ashamed of themselves and I still haven’t gotten my money back or my order!! Don’t waste your time.

Placed an order back in November 2025 that never arrived. I sent them several emails chasing up an update on my delivery, but received no response so I opened a chargeback with my bank. Only after opening a chargeback did I start receiving emails from them telling me that it was some sort of “pre order” and that the delivery will take up to 8 weeks urging me to close the chargeback which I did.

Eventually I ended up forgetting about the order, and it never did arrive in the end. Today I received a promotional spam email from this scam of a company which I didn’t sign up for, but on the bright side I can now leave this review here to let people know think twice before ordering from here.

UNA TRUFFA!!!!!! Ho acquistato da questo sito il 12 marzo e dopo un mese ho chiesto informazioni sul mio pacco, non avendo ricevuto alcuna notizia sul tracciamento. Mi hanno detto che ci sarebbero volute 8 settimane perché si trattava di prodotti fatti a mano, il che era ragionevole. Ho aspettato 8 settimane e, giustamente, mi sono stancata di aspettare e ho richiesto un rimborso immediato. Lo stesso giorno ho ricevuto un'email che minacciava una fuga di dati, VERGOGNOSO. Da quel giorno in poi, nessuna risposta e solo prese in giro: prima la fondatrice ha inviato un messaggio dicendo che avrebbe risolto personalmente il problema, ma successivamente la mia risposta non ho avuto più sue notizie, e dopo il servizio clienti ha risposto a un'altra mia email dove chiedevo il rimborso non avendo mai ricevuto il pacco dicendo che "l'ordine richiederà 6-8 settimane per essere elaborato", il che non aveva assolutamente nulla a che fare con quanto avevo scritto nel messaggio. In breve, una presa in giro completa e totale. Non ho mai ricevuto la merce e nemmeno un rimborso, SCANDALOSO. Inoltre, per non dimenticarsene, ho scritto a loro sui social e anche lì 0 risposte, la fondatrice prima chiede di scrivere in inglese e dopo scompare.

My wife had her eye on this Hammam kit for Eid, so I surprised her with it — and now it’s become a non-negotiable every two months! Her skin has never looked more glowing and we’re both obsessed. On my first order I accidentally entered the wrong address, so I reached out to Zahra directly on Instagram. She went above and beyond to get it updated and shipped out even though it was a pre-order, making sure I didn’t miss giving my wife her Eid gift. Incredible service!

FRAUD!!! Never received my items or refund and just received an email from one of the customer service agents THREATENING TO RELEASE ALL OUR DATA because her boss isn't paying her?!? This is insane.

Have left a review here before -was in touch with the owner and had a lovely conversation - after 7 months I have not received a refund for my missing products!!!!!! I have had back and forth across probably 20 emails - no refund. My products that did arrive were damaged and I was told I would get a refund for them guess what … no refund. Please please please give me my refund I have not only paid for damaged products I’ve paid for missing products. Date of experience - November 2025 - May 2026

The product is a clear 10!!!! So disappointed to see that customers evaluate the product according to the delivery time. I totally recommend it!!!!! You don’t just receive a body skincare set, you receive the experience of a Moroccan spa in your own bathroom.

Amazing product, my wife loved it!

I ordered on February 2nd and still haven’t received my package. First I was told the order was shipped, then suddenly the items were “out of stock.” I asked for a refund, but after weeks I still haven’t received any money or shipment. I’ve sent several emails and nobody has replied for over a week. Worst experience ever — do not recommend.

The most incredible body care routine. Different from a gritty sand like exfoliator, the Argan cleanser works very well to exfoliate with the mitt. My skin has never looked so baby soft and healthy
