Bought a Majority Fitzwillaim 24 to replace 20 yr old Pure DAB tuner. Had difficulty setting it up (I am not very tech savvy) Sent email to Majority, they responded quickly. After numerous emails back and forth the helpful technician (who knew what they were doing)
managed to help me get it set up. Brilliant Service !

J'ai acheté un Majority Quadriga
J'ai acheté un Majority Quadriga, car j'écoute essentiellement des web radio et Bose ayant arrêté de proposer ce service .... il m'a bien fallu trouver un appareil équivalent. Après plusieurs comparatifs sur internet j'ai choisi ce modèle, très complet et je ne regrette pas mon choix car le Quadriga permet en plus de capter les Dab.
J'ai contacté la hotline de Majority car je voulais pouvoir le piloter au moyen de l'application UNDOK depuis mon iPhone, mais celui-ci n'arrivait pas à le détecter.
Je félicite ce service pour leur réactivité et leur compétence, car ce n'était que du paramétrage de l'iPhone.
Encore merci Majority et félicitations pour ce bel appareil!

It was easy to setup, and does what I want, i.e. play my DVD’s.
It has only been a few days so I haven’t used it extensively.

I bought the soundbar on Amazon as it…
I bought the soundbar on Amazon as it had 5* reviews and when it came I was really impressed with the quality however when it came to setting it up with my Toshiba 55u6663bd TV is when we ran into problems.
The tech support team were fantastic and couldn't do enough to help me,, we tried every combination possible even purchasing a high speed HDMI cable but all to no avail in the end we came to the conclusion that the two were not compatible. There was nothing wrong with the Naga 60 because we tested in on bluetooth with my phone which worked perfectly.
Once again I have nothing but praise for the support team. Keith Faulkner

Excellent customer support. Needed the instruction manual for an old stereo, which wasn't listed on the Majority website. Emailed them Friday evening and by the next morning I received a link to download exactly what I needed.
Brilliant!
Not only do they sell great products their customer service is 5☆ too.

Customer service and technical support were excellent
Customer service and technical support were excellent. I have owned a Majority Fitzwilliam for a number of years and it has given trouble free service, it then developed an issue with the time display updating. I contacted customer support who were very helpful and efficient and resolved my issue.

poor audio products
Bought a set of p3 pulse party speakers, wow, these are the weirdest sounding speakers ive ever heard, boomy sound with barely any midrange or treble, check youtube there are reviews on how bad they are, this company pretends to be an English audio brand, they have zero problems confusing the customers ( Cambridge audio is a different company )
by the looks they're just having their logo printed onto cheap Chinese products claiming to be uk product, avoid
Edit : wow what are the chances ? Two brand new speakers behaving in exactly the same way !! As well as youtube videos and comments all saying the same :-O , the speakers went back,neither were faulty, just a really bad product.

Great VFM
I purchased a pair of Majority DX70 passive bookshelf speakers for a compact hifi system in my bedroom and was so blown away by the clarity and quality I bought another pair to team up with my Fell Audio amp and cd deck. Fantastic value for money and they don't look too shabby either!

Majority Everest 300W what an amazing product
We purchased the Majority Everest 300W 5.1 Dolby Soundbar, Wireless Sub & Wireless Rear Speakers from QVC UK in December 2025. The Majority label caught my attention a few years earlier and I was waiting for the right time to purchase the Soundbar that would work with a T.V. solely for watching dvd movies (The kids call us old school because we watch DVDs ha-ha). Firstly I am on the wrong side of 60, also I need to explain my hearing is basically 3/4's gone, deaf on one side since birth(no violins here, some people are born totally deaf, I am one of the lucky ones) and I rely mostly on subtitles when we watch a movie. So, to finally have a soundbar with extra speakers, for me the first film to try the system out on had to be Godzilla (1998) with Matthew Broderick. We set the system up, popcorn, treats etc at the ready. Lights out, movie on, and when Godzilla walks, stumps, crashes down the street in New York the room shook😮. I almost cried, people reading this with hearing problems will understand, what an amazing feeling. For the curious types, the second film was Jurassic Park 1993. I was able to hear all the words without subtitles, and I still have no idea what direction half of the noises or sounds are coming from its great all I know is, I love this system. An extra boost was. we have a wooden floor and when we put our feet on the floor, you feel every vibration, WOW. I had one issue in June of 2026, and the customer service were quick to reply and have been more than helpful. Thank You, Majority. :}

I’m extremely pleased and impressed with the Sound Bar - Naga 40. Excellent value and quality of sound.
Attached it to a 12/15+ year old top of the range (at the time) Samsung via arcHDMI and all pretty straightforward, just had to check the PMC & CEC settings and away we went.
Once again very pleased so far, thank you for producing a quality bit of kit at a reasonable price.
