Support off the scale
The level of support I received in getting an issue with the time and date setting on our Fitzwilliam DAB+ was fantastic. It was a mystery as to why the time kept reverting to GMT but the determination to help me find a solution was total, and I'm so grateful. It's a great product anyway but made even better by the support. A great investment, not in price, just in its excellence.

Majority's customer service is first class! I had a problem with a piece of equipment and within the same day they came back with the answer and solved my problem immediately.
Now that is what I call a first class service!

The Homerton 2 Music System is Life Changing!
I have no hesitation in saying that buying the Homerton 2 Music System has been a life changing experience for me!
I was raised in a house where a radio always played, but over recent years, I must confess to rarely listening to a radio. That has now changed.
I was amazed at the number and variety of radio stations the DAB+ feature identified. I have now got some of my favourites on preset.
Having used Spotify on my iPad and mobile, I am loving being able to take advantage of the choice of music that I can now listen to via the Homerton Spotify mode and, last but not least, I am enjoying playing CDs that have simply sat on a shelf for the past two years.
The sound quality is amazing and without doubt, the Homerton 2 Music System is worth every penny I paid!

After Bose stopped supporting my…
After Bose stopped supporting my Soundtouch I had to look around for a replacement, tried a couple of others but had trouble pairing to my router, the Majority Bard, however was hooked up within minutes, being an old duffer I am not technically gifted but the suggested app(Undoc) was a godsend and made choosing stations so very easy.
All in all, still early days but totally satisfied and a good price as well.

Rogue remote control
My remote control went rogue, turning the power off whatever I pressed! A short email to the helpline resulted in a nice reply which sorted everything very quickly.
I am SO grateful as I was so frustrated, and my partner had bought it for me only months before he died.

Poor customers service and purchased item not recomended
I purchased a n Oakington CD/Radio player less than 2 years ago after excellent product reviews. However, I can not use the player as I have a constant message on its screen (Awaiting PC wizard....) when bought I took up the offer of the extended 3 year warranty. I have contacted Majority and they have constantly put obstacles in the way of either rectifying the continued error message or honouring the extended warranty saying they cannot find the warranty. I find this unacceptable customers service, and also would not recommend anyone purchasing any items from Majority of they treat customers line this

Dear Gerry, We are sorry to hear about your experience. After reviewing your case, we can confirm that the proof of purchase provided is for an Oakcastle DAB500, not an Oakington radio. They also located a warranty registration form completed in September 2024; however, it was registered under a different product rather than the DAB500, which unfortunately caused some confusion when locating the warranty details. We have also reviewed the communication with our technical support team and can see that the recommended solution was provided despite the registration discrepancy. However, as no reply was received to their last message, they were unable to determine whether the issue had been resolved or whether further assistance was required. A few minutes ago, they sent you an email requesting some additional information to help clarify the registration details. As soon as you reply to that email, our technical support team will be more than happy to continue assisting you and help move your case forward. Best regards, Team Majority.

Everything about Majority has been top notch. The Quadriga , set up was simple, ,easy to operate in daily use. The unit has good clear sound quality. Registration and activation of the 3 year guarantee was easy and Majority Support are quick to get back to you if you have any queries. I am very more than satisfied with this purchase.

The majority quadriga is excellent
The majority quadriga is an excellent piece of audio.
At 74 had a few issues after set up but the tech support is the v best ever had online: super quick replies & SO patient & understood my age related stuff.
Radio quality is superb as is cd playback. Haven’t investigated podcasts yet or Spotify access. And all for £215.
Had had ruark system but replaced with majority for 1/3 of price.
Highly recommended

Excellent support!
I had a problem with my Homerton 2 CD/Radio whereby it wasn't displaying the station names when going through the presets and when playing the station. I completed an on-line contact form and within a few minutes I had a reply offering a number of possible solutions. The first solution offered solved the problem, what excellent service and no need to phone and listen to piped music and go through different options!!!!

Best buy on the net
I stumbled onto the majority Bard on the internet and I was just about going to buy another one for around 100 quid but for a small amount extra I got a bard which is probably the best value for money on the market set up easy sound quality perfect and all round best for internet radio and Spotify. Speakers quality is great.
