Ordered 3 shirts online and I don't not like them after recieving and choose to return. How they look in the photos and how they looked in real life just looked different. The real kicker is when I found out I will lose out 5.99 on delivery then a further 3.99 when returning them. That's poor especially when your asking people to buy online.

Ordered 2 jumpers. Arrived quickly, kept one and sent one back which was promptly refunded. Very reasonable price. Happy with the service and will use again.

Product as expected and delivered within 48 hours. Very pleased will certainly use again

I read the reviews here after I’d purchased 3 Thomas Pink shirts and I was worried if and when they’d arrive. Apart from a slightly longer delivery period than if I’d of gone direct (maybe 2-3 days longer), everything was fine and well worth the saving I made.

I ordered three shirts. 2 arrived. The website said the other shirt was awaiting shipment. I have been patient.. After several months I contacted them and they claim it was delivered in January and enclosed a photo from the Novemebr delivery as supplied by Royal Mail. Now they are refusing to supply the missing shirt. Terrible.

I bought a jumper on 10.2.25 which was sent out to me but sent back to Malford (13.2.25) as there was no number on the address ( unsure but have to assume.I did not put house number on my order.)
I then sent them 6 emails but had no response. I thought I had lost my money and had been scammed.
However, after submitting this now edited review, they emailed with a refund.
Late but welcome!

Avoid this site. It is a scam. If you return the item, they charge you for their postage and the return! I lost £10. Very unclear about charges.

I’ve bought from MALFORD in two previous occasions and found everything just great . The Richard James linen shirts are awesome , pure quality at great price .
Just ordered again , what’s not to like !!

I was a bit worried to order from malford after reading reviews but took the chance and ordered shirts took 3 days to arrive and in excellent quality and condition so will definitely order more frim them

Genuinely thought this was going to be one of those Instagram scams. What made me believe that it was legit was a read of their terms of agreement. So the Company Malfords of London disolved a while back but this company which also goes by Malfords on London is run by a company called the Burlington Club which has a legitimate presence on Companies House.

Overall quite happy with it. Will order from them again.

A Companies House search shows Malford of London as "dissolved following liquidation" 20 March 2020. Is this another Chinese drop shipper?

As to Malford of London having anything to do with "Theburlington Club", Company Number 15139631, the Companies House register shows that company was incorporated in September 2023 with no accounts filed to date, and sharing the registered address with Dursey Ltd (same director). Make of this what you will.

Often confuse single and double cuff shirts, even listing a shirt as both single and double cuff. Considering the price of the shirts this is very poor. Returning a double cuff shirt now that was listed as single. Avoid

Appalling customer service. Returns made impossible.
No phone number available, no response to emails!

I have repeatedly bought clothes and shoes from Malford London over the last two years, and I have never experienced any issues with them. Even when I bought a gift for a friend and the shoe did not fit, they allowed me to change it without any hassle, even though the returning window was closed.
The products are top quality and a bargain compared to the RRP. I will always buy from this retailer.

Appalling! Placed an order for 9 items and received each item separately weeks apart with absolutely no feedback from their customer service team!

Returned 8 of the items at the same time using their returns process and they misplaced some of the items and had to b chased several times for the refund.

Refund finally made but a couple of £ less than what it should have been but not worth the hassle trying to get it resolved!

Save yourself the hassle and stress and place your orders elsewhere.

Recorded delivery return, 1.5 weeks later no refund and 4 days without a response to my email, raising it with my bank on Monday, shocking experience

I sent an item back 2 weeks tomorrow and they received item a few days later.
On track and trace is a photo as proof it has been delivered but no refund as yet.
I have emailed company twice with no reply and I can’t find a contact number anywhere to ring them.
My order number is MAL15603.

Ordered 3 linen shirts from them on a special offer, two got delivered and they have kept quiet on the 3rd one. The shirts were bought on a special offer and and cost £139! They have tried to sell me two shirts for £114.90 while keeping quiet about the third one. Strange experience. I would be happy to refund the shirts for a full refund.

Took a chance on the website after reading reviews , ordered 3 Richard James shirts for £30 each was very pleasantly surprised great quality and fit , went back and ordered a gilet and jacket also Richard James again amazing price good quality and delivered on time , haven't tried returning anything yet so can't comment .
Would definately use again.
