Otrasny pristup. Odporucam sa im vyhnut. Objednal som darcek pre otca 5eho Decembra. Mal to byt vianocny darcek. Momentalne je 15teho Januara kedy som poziadal banku aby mi vratila peniaze. Tovar som doteraz ani nevidel, nikdy sa neozvu akurat ked sa stazujete tak vam poslu spravu ktora je predpisana formula a vzdy ta ista.

DON’T order from this company — it is a total nightmare!!!
I placed my order on 17.11.2025, and I received it only on 14.01.2026. I wanted to receive it by Christmas at the latest as a gift, but NO! They failed to deliver it by then.

When I tried to cancel the order, they told me it was not possible because their terms and conditions state that orders cannot be cancelled after being placed. This is absolutely against all official customer protection laws.

All response emails seem to be sent by a BOT, not a real person. They keep repeating the same messages over and over again, no matter how many times I contacted them to cancel the order.

Everything is shipped from China, using the slowest possible delivery method. Even AliExpress and Temu deliver faster!

A TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this e-shop to anyone.

Objednala som si koncom augusta dva náramky. Na stránke bolo napísané, že doručenie trvá približne mesiac, no v inej časti som neskôr našla, že to môže byť až tri mesiace. Tovar mi doteraz neprišiel, ale prišiel mi list zo Slovenskej pošty, že musím zaplatiť colné poplatky, lebo zásielka ide z Číny.
Na stránke sa tvária, že sú slovenský obchod, ale v skutočnosti posielajú tovar z Ázie. Zaplatila som 15 € za náramky, ktoré v skutočnosti stoja možno 1–2 € na temu, a teraz odo mňa ešte chcú ďalšie poplatky navyše.

Podvodníci, neobjednavajte si tu nič.

Po 1,5 mesiaci som produkt dostala, takže im dávam 3 hviezdičky, ale asi už nikdy viac.

This outfit buys items from Aliexpress (which then ships them to you) and pretends to be the one having them and shipping them.
Item listed as "In stock", to be delivered within 2-3 business days. After several days, email enquiry returned long emails from some "representative" (Maria from Mancini LOL) full of excuses and bs.
Request to cancel order (which is allowed under EU laws) were refused - because they already placed the order with Aliexpress.
Item turned up after 7 weeks and the icing on the cake was that the customer is obliged to pay the customs duty fee on an item arriving from China, not Slovakia, as pretended - again, for an outfit which pretends to be local.

When asked about returning items/complaints "Maria from Mancini" emails you an address in Dubai to send the item to at your own cost. Again - the outfit claims to be in Slovakia and to have items in stock.

Total scam, avoid...

Scam. Product didn't come even after 2 months. They didn't want to give the money back. Excuses. Tracking number doesn't work. They refuse to go anything.
It's a scam.

Just a lame dropshipping scam. They order your stuff from aliexpress. You can do it on your own cheaper and faster than they do. Stop supporting leeches.

They're using AliExpress's product gallery to scam people. You won't receive any products from Mancini.sk, and you'll lose your money. They're unresponsive to any attempts at communication.

When making a purchase, you should pay attention to the delivery terms – reportedly, their terms and conditions state that delivery can take up to 180 days. Additionally, when you receive the goods, you won’t get an invoice or receipt as proof of purchase. They also don’t respond to emails, and if they do, the replies feel like they’re coming from a bot.

Classic SCAM! Take money, send nothing.

najhorsia skusenost s mancini.sk. Tovar je na ceste uz vyse 45 dni. Nikdy viac... odporucam stranku ani neotvarat. Customer service sice odpoveda, ale stale to iste dookola.

I ve fallen for this shit too - they say they r a slovak company but ship it from China. When i asked foe update, they gave me tracking no assholes. I ve been waiting for 2 months straight for my goods and so far haven't seen them.

Podvod, objednany tovar nedosiel

I ordered some hiking shoes 2 months ago and the company wrote back that my item was on its way, then they wrote back saying I would get my item by September or October. That's when I realized I might be getting shoes from China. I thought I was buying from someone in Slovakia. I should have known the fraud when they made you pay when you ordered, but never again. Other companies are doing the same; they have got me twice.

The website says that you will get express delivery and 100% refund. None of it is true, they drop ship from China, probably from Aliexpress. It took them almost 1.5 months to deliver the product and I couldn't return it. They said they could give me a direct contact to China... what the hell? I didn't even know I was ordering anything from China. The product might be also harmful (i.e. pregnancy seat belt) as it is not certified and just a copy of a real product. I already contacted my bank to perform a chargeback on the transaction and also some Slovak authorities. Someone should take this internet website down as they mass scam innocent people.
