From offering to completing took nearly 11 months, so we had two mortgage in principles arranged with some changes along the way. Alison listened and made sure we were 100% happy with the terms of the mortgage. Great service and will be back in 5 years time!

A very smooth process for 3 mortgage applications between myself and my partner. We have used Ed and he is fantastic and very efficient. The last re-mortgage application was around 2 weeks from enquiry to money in my account!! I would highly recommend.

The company contacted me to ascertain if we required them to review our mortgage.
As it was too early for them to contact our lender, they called back as soon as feasible. They managed to get us a better deal for the next two years, and have already put a reminder in their diary for two years time.
Both Tom and Panicos were very polite and friendly during our conversations.
