Buongiorno, la ringraziamo per aver condiviso la sua esperienza e ci dispiace sinceramente che il servizio non abbia pienamente soddisfatto le sue aspettative.
Ci teniamo però a chiarire alcuni punti: l’acquisto da lei effettuato rientrava nella promozione Family & Friends, che prevedeva prezzi fortemente ribassati e per la quale, come indicato sul sito al momento dell’ordine, i resi non erano ammessi.
Nonostante ciò, desiderosi di venirle incontro e garantirle la migliore esperienza possibile, abbiamo comunque accettato il reso ed emesso un voucher, che risulta essere stato poi utilizzato con successo per un acquisto successivo.
Il nostro obiettivo è offrire sempre un servizio attento, trasparente e orientato alla soddisfazione dei clienti, e siamo sinceramente dispiaciuti se questo non è stato pienamente percepito.
Se ritenesse di voler riconsiderare la sua recensione, le saremmo davvero grati: per noi il feedback dei clienti è fondamentale, e sapere che il nostro impegno è riconosciuto ci aiuta a crescere e migliorare ogni giorno.
Restiamo a sua disposizione per qualunque necessità o chiarimento.

However, we note that the issue was reported more than two years after the purchase. Under European regulations, products are no longer covered by the standard warranty after two years. Therefore, it is highly likely that the problem you experienced may have resulted from factors such as washing or other handling, rather than a defect in materials or workmanship.

Buongiorno, ci dispiace se le tempistiche di spedizione non sono state rispettate. Purtroppo, in alcuni casi, questo non dipende direttamente da noi, ma da eventuali ritardi del corriere.
Desideriamo comunque informarLa che abbiamo provveduto a rimborsare l’intero costo delle spese di spedizione come segno di scuse per il disagio. Speriamo che questo gesto sia stato di Suo gradimento.
Saremmo inoltre molto riconoscenti se volesse considerare di aggiornare la recensione alla luce di quanto comunicato.
