The order was processed in a timely fashion and communication was clear and concise. The fact that one of the items ordered was out of stock was not a problem as I was offered choices. Overall a seamless experience.

A part( metal lid / cap)on the volume knob of my instrument was dislodged from where it should have been.It was floating around in the case.
It should’ve been checked before dispatching a brand new instrument.
Am now attending to correct it by repair.

I bought one of the cheapest guitars they stock. They put the same care into its setup that they would an expensive instrument. My 10yo could start playing straight away after a slight tune up from shipping. Thank you Manny's you've helped a kid start their musical journey.

Unbelievably, my order came the same day I ordered it. Very satisfied

Ordering online was easy and the range was excellent. However, dispatch information was a bit confusing, as it indicated that I would be short delivered items. The customer phone inquiry number rang out and it also had a full message bank. I sent an email to check my incomplete order and I received a reply that my order was being sent from two warehouses and they would be sent separately about a week apart. This was not made clear on any correspondence.

Whole experience was positive. Can't for the life of me remember the young mans name who helped me along the way but he was super efficient and helpful, and went out of his way to make me feel important.
Products in the store are top quality and all the staff seem very knowledgeable about all things music really. 10 out of 10 experience.

I shopped around for quite a bit to find the best value I could. Manny's stood out for the best price and really good honest reviews. If I could have bought my headphones in Tasmania for the price Manny's was offering, then I would have. Even JB Hi-Fi down here, charged more.
If I need anything else audio-wise, Manny's will be my first stop. It really couldn't have been easier shopping with them.
