I needed a new battery for my BOSE speaker in a hurry and they sourced the last one in Australia and made sure I received it in time! It was a joint effort. Their customer service was excellent and they really did go the extra mile to assist me. I highly recommend Manny's for their excellent customer service.

It has for the perfect sound, the quality never fails to amaze me

I was quite anxious about my purchase of the scarlet 2i2, been through difficult times trying to sort out my recording issues. I called up to ask if I could be guided on the set up process and see how you guys set it up onsite including the software set up. Was given the all clear to swing by and will be helped out.

It was not the case as I was given a lot of no answers and I purchased without knowing anything about how it was set up.

Many many YouTube videos later and I got it working and with a lot of trouble shooting later, i got it decently set up.

I would have been happier being guided instead of purchasing the product and then having to learn everything from 0. I could have had the same experience purchasing it online.

What a great bunch of guys, they always do me a good deal and nothing is too much trouble for them. Big shout out to Tom, awesome buddy!
