This manual is for the previous model again and not for this years Model. Citroen do not do Deisel in this years model and the dash is completely different plus a lot of other differences.

I was looking for a manual for our washing machine, which had a fault number flashing. This company asked for 0.95€. There was no other mention of the subscription cost. It took so long for them to send the manual, I'd cancelled my subscription before it appeared in my inbox. A WEEK later, they tried to take £125 for my cancelled subscription. For a washing machine manual. Avoid these scammers!

Initially, the manual I needed couldn't be found and I was informed promptly. I'm impressed that staff at Manuals Guru didn't give up though and emailed me this morning with the copy I needed.

Subscription trap, do not use! I paid €0.95 to download a manual, and a few days later, they tried to charge me £128.81 for a subscription. Fortunately, my bank stopped that transaction.

Ohne Zustimmung wurde nach Zusendung einer kurzen Bedienungsanleitung ein Abonnement aktiviert und 149,99€ über die Visakarte eingezogen. Auf meinen Widerspruch keine Reaktion.

Hello do not use this company underline underline scams try to buy a manual it was the subscription for very small amount went ahead cancel the subscription but they still carried on taking 149 euros out of my account it is my fault I didn't notice as it's an account I don't use much. don't use them

I tried to download a TV manual on 22nd June 2026, I was asked to pay 83p which i did. Afterwards I was unable to download the manual. With that, I went onto another website where I managed to download the manual for FREE!!!
On 1st July I was somewhat surprised to see a debit for £129.80 to Manual Guru.
At no stage was I made aware of any additional payments.
I have now raised a dispute with my Bank, they are investigating and have reimbursed the payment.
I also contacted Manual Guru who sent a generic email advising that after purchasing a manual you are automatically signed up to a bi monthly subscription!!!
For £129.80 bi monthly, i would like to know what I was supposed to get for this extortionate fee.

This company takes an initial amount of money in my case 82p - I didn’t receive the manual anyway! 6 days later they took £129.58 off my credit card which I didn’t authorise. Apparently this is common practice and the company do it under the radar to appear that a person has agreed to this transaction.
I have cancelled my card and the credit card company are doing a chargeback.
So beware do not buy any manual from this company or share your card details otherwise you will find they will nab this so called expensive subscription fee from you.

The manual is very similar to the original one I received with then apparatus but the quality is not very good as sections are not able to be read ---- fortunately I have found the original manual and made a much clearer sample.

Manuale inesatto e tempo attesa una settimana… ovvero quando il manuale non non ti serve piu o l’hai trovato disperatamente altrove gratis….inoltre paghi il manuale e ti arriva una mail che parla di abbonamento e chiedendo info ti rispondono tutt’altro senza darti risposta mirata alla domanda fatta.
Spero proprio non ci sia alcun abbonamento attivato!!

I have received one manual for a heating thermostat from them. Three photocopied pages, not much help. Cost £130+. Now been charged a further £130+ for nothing at all.
I think this is a scam. Avoid!!

This seems to me to be out and out fraud. I was looking for a manual which they almost immediately said they had found. Buy it for €0.95; I did but my card company warned this could be a scam. I still went ahead but checked the website carefully and found that this was the start of a subscription. To be fair it was easy to cancel and, having done so, by return received an email acknowledging the cancellation. I will be checking my card account in a few days time. Interestingly, I made a mistake in the number of the manual requested and so the one that they had so promptly found probably has never existed. Draw your own conclusions.

The original transaction was successful. I got the manual I asked for. But then I was charged an additional and unexpected amount of $247.15 which I told my bank to not pay because it was not authorised by me.

Manuals Guru hat sich sehr bemüht, meinen Wunsch zu erfüllen. Ich habe damit gar nicht mehr gerechnet und bis sehr überrascht über diesen guten Service! Vielen Dank!!!
