I requested a manual. Received a one page document with picture of the item. Today they attempted to take 129.00 from my account. Contacted my bank who advised that a regular subscription had been set up. DO NOT purchase from this company. Its a a scam

I tried looking for a manual on many online sites for my personal radio with no success. A couple of days later, I received an email message from Jane of manualsguru.com saying that one of the accounts managers had located the manual and this was emailed to me gratis. This shows great customer service to a 'valued customer'. Thank you manualsguru.com.

Perhaps it's just that I'm 78 and didn't fully understand the terms, but all I wanted was a manual for a particular pet-feeder that works by microchip recognition. I didn't find the manual but had already paid a very small amount: AU$1.55 + international transaction fee. I must have clicked on something unintentionally because I have now been charged AU$243!! I have submitted a dispute and have had to cancel my credit card. It's all very upsetting!

Scam. Paid 84p for a manual and they withdrew £130. Had the bank block them, and they said the site were well known for this.
Do not use.

I made a one-time purchase of a manual from Manual Guru fror 95 Cents 0n 05/06/2026.
My credit card details were fraudulenty passed on other companies on the sam day.the first company is MYMEETNEST.COM ON GBR, PHONE NUMRER+44 113519445, the secon company ist docushipment .com , GBR, it oprates from Switzerland and unlawfully debits funds from customers in Swiss francs. all three company start with small cent amount in order to subsencently charge large sums of money. the largest amount was taken by manual guru on the 15th of May , amounting to 149,99 Euro. Meanwhime, with the credit card compnies, you have only the chance for a refund if you file separate police report for each involved company which involves enormous effort. this hurdle supports the criminal companies in a long run, as small amounts add up.

Ich habe von Manualsguru einmal eine Bedienungsan-leitung für € 0,95 gekauft. Eine Woche später haben sie ohne meine Zustimmung € 149,99 von meiner Karte abgebucht.

Escribí una reseña hace unos días por un cobro indebido de 149.99 euros de una cuota de suscripción que me hizo manualsguru.com al solicitar un manual de un teléfono básico que valía 0.95 euros. Ahora y después de la reclamación oportuna por mi parte se me ha devuelto la cantidad de la suscripción, que a mi entender no era lícito cobrar. Cuando se hacen las cosas mal la opinión es nefasta, cuando se rectifica es de coherencia decir que se ha hecho bien.

I was able to find the user's manual that I was looking for. It was easy to order the pdf version, and it arrived in my inbox a couple of days later.

instead of just taking 0,95€ off my credit card I discoverd an amount of 149,99€ being in the process of getting transfered - my banker warned me of this fraudulent occurance being well known from this company.....the cost for me was spending lots of time online and on the phone to take care of the hussle

Nach der Testphase habe ich vergessen rechtzeitig zu kündigen. Dies bemerkte ich erst nachdem mir die Gebühren abgebucht worden sind. Eine schriftliche Kündigung des Abonnements erfolgte sofort mit der Bitte um Rückerstattung der gezahlten Beträge. Bereits ein Tag später erhielt ich eine Antwort mit der Bestätigung der Kündigung und die Rückerstattung der Gebühren.

Great manual, instructions are very clear and concise.

The item issued is incorrect the request was for a 308 not a 3008.

Massively disappointed, being charged nearly £140 for a pretty small download and I can’t recall when I was told what the cost would be Being made to sign up to their so called services is nothing more than an excuse to get your bank details is truly fraudulent.
I want my money returned and have contacted my bank to facilitate this.
