I bought my mila dress for a black tie wedding, and it exceeded all my expectations. It's absolutely gorgeous—classy, elegant, and incredibly flattering. The top is made of Ponte de Roma fabric that molds beautifully to the body, while the drop waist adds a touch of refined style. The cotton skirt with side pockets is both chic and practical. I usually struggle to find the right dress for formal events, but this one fits perfectly and feels timeless. It truly tops the cake!

Just ordered again from Marcella. They offer such stunning designs made very well. Love the leggings with attached skirt, my first order from them.
Anyway, this time I was too fast at checkout, and mistakenly ordered wrong size. Immediately reached out to customer service team, and they were able to rectify my error. Thank you Lucky and crew!
Looking forward to receiving the black sweatshirt dress!

They have wonderful items. If I needed an exchange or refund they were quick to respond. I had trouble using promo codes again they were fast with helping me. I also was impressed that their responses were personal to me and not an auto generated response. Fantastic Customer Service!!

I requested and obtained a return on my order for a " happy return" dropped off at UPS on 7/21 for $385.84 ( 3 dresses and 1 t-shirt)
Now I see they have used my credit and have issued an unauthorized re-order using my credit card for (3 more dresses ) on order #100000531578 for
$33.69 for the sales tax????
Scam company! No phone number, no one to contact except thru an email? Shady business!!!

What is going on???
I will call my credit card company and dispute this if I do not receive my original credit refund asap!!!

I couldn't be happier with MARCELLA'S product as well as their service! As an on-line company without a store here in California, Melanie from the Customer Experience Team, went above and beyond to make sure that I had an A+ experience! They're clothes are beautiful, edgy and well-made. They offer innovative design at an affordable price.
If something doesn't fit or a style doesn't work for me, a refund, credit or exchange is available. It's easy and comfortable to do business with them. They respect their clients and always made sure that I was happy with my purchase.
MARCELLA cares about women in developing countries and helps to support them. What more can you ask of a company that is not only interested their profit, but has a social conscience and acts on it!
Since I've only had a great experience with MARCELLA, all I can do is sing their praises!

I've purchased multiple items and multiple times from Marcella NYC. Their made-to-order method gives me confidence that I'm not getting fast fashion, and I am very happy to support and Ethical, sustainable, and socially impactful company. Their customer service is timely and exceeded my expectations the 1 time I needed support. I will continue to buy from, and recommend, this company!

I have bought several items from Marcella NYC at variable quality. The sheer tops rip easily. I bought earrings that lost their gold plating in less than a year and was told to take it to a pro re-plated, which would cost as much as the earrings themselves. This is not a premium brand.

I am a long time customer of Marcella and have spent well over 1K with them. My last order from them is lost. They know it’s lost. They have the tracking info that says it was mis-shipped by DHL. Their is no proof of delivery so they can’t say it was delivered or stolen. I asked for a replacement or refund. They are refusing to do either because I didn’t buy their optional package insurance, which is nothing but a scam. Any package they send with a carrier is insured in their end, particularly a carrier like DHL. They say that once the package leaves their hands they are not responsible, which is BS. They picked the carrier — I didn’t. Their business practices are despicable. I will NEVER spend another dime with them.

I saw a dress online and decided once again I’d try my luck on ordering it. Price was right and it was a US based company which meant quicker delivery time and better access should there be any problems with returns etc.

The dress came and it far exceeded my expectations. Great quality and fit, pockets which I hadn’t expected, and very chic and contemporary.

I love it so much I ordered the same dress for a friends birthday. They were able to expedite the shipment and have sent numerous emails to ensure my satisfaction and notification of delivery.

I can’t enough about this wonderful company. Products are well made and service exceptional.

Love the clothes and am constantly complimented on them. I recently ordered shoes for the first time; a pair of flat sandals. I walked almost 11,000 steps in them the first time I wore them and didn't have any pain, blisters or swelling. Amazing!

I sent a few emails to customer service prior to purchasing because of the reviews about shipping. I also had a coupon code which didn't work, but they were able to honor it. The customer service department was quick to respond. I've now received my items with no delays, etc. The items I purchased are beautiful and well made. I will definitely purchase again.

The first thing I noticed was the packaging and the humanity in it. Their garments are elegant and stylist. I’ve just ordered some additional items and I’m excited to receive them. Love this company. Not only is the clothing fabulous but their hearts are in the right place. Highly recommend.

Two years ago; Marcella NYC was top notch. Great service, quality product and quick ship. I ordered thousands of dollars worth.

This is no longer the case. Something is terribly wrong. I placed an order based upon my previous experience. Unfortunately; no product two months later and only AI robot for support.

This company is taking orders money but not fulfilling orders.

Time to return my money.

Meer on the customer service team was so helpful and prompt with her responses. I appreciated her taking the time to help me resolve my missing package issue.

I would come back and shop Marcelle again after this interaction.

I love this company! The quality and the customer service are like no other. I am so happy to find a responsive, eco friendly, high quality clothing company that is actually very affordable. The designs are minimalist and timeless.

Not only am I (fairly) regular customer and have purchased many of my favorite staple pieces from Marcella, but I am also on their mailing list and was blown away by a recent email sent on Earth Day called, "Who Made My Clothes?" It featured 9 of their workers holding signs with big smiles on their faces exuding the pride they have for working there. Kudos to the company who had the foresight to feature real employees and to lift them up while at the same time allowing we the customers to see the faces behind the craft and feel a more personal connection. It's a win-win in a time when we all need it!

My husband ordered the Sullivan’s for me for my birthday on 3/12. I was so excited to try on when I noticed a knick in the ankle of one boot. Look inside and they attempted to repair with glue. They sent me a damaged item I was shocked. I immediately emailed support. It took a few days of communication, but Lucky and Meer got the situation fixed. I was sent a replacement via FedEx, returned original order at no cost to me, and was surprised that they sent me the cutest round change purse as a Birthday gift from them!!!

These boots were the only thing I asked for my birthday. Thank you for rectifying this issue in a timely manner!!

Extraordinary customer service. Prompt response to email inquiries and even processed a cost adjustment! Quality fabrics for the price. Keep in mind a smaller company and receiving product does require time. Definitely worth the wait! Highly recommend.

After an early misunderstanding with my first order, I have given Marcellanyc another chance and have now become a regular customer. The clothing designs are unique and well-made and I have received everything promptly. Besides the great designs, one of the BEST things this company has going for it is a top-notch customer service department, especially a support expert named Meer, who is a miracle worker and an outstanding representative for the company.
