Bedankt voor het achterlaten van een beoordeling over je ervaring, maar we willen graag enkele punten verduidelijken.

In eerste instantie nam je contact met ons op voor hulp bij het monteren van je bank, wat we snel hebben gedaan door nuttige tips te geven. Op dat moment stuurde je ons enkele afbeeldingen, en we gaven aan waar je de fout had gemaakt bij de montage.

Daarna stuurde je ons opnieuw een e-mail waarin je aangaf dat je de montage niet kon voltooien en dat je aanpassingen aan de bank zou doen als we compensatie boden. We vroegen je om verdere foto’s of video’s te sturen waarin je aangaf waar je problemen had, maar je weigerde dit.

We boden een volledige terugbetaling aan en boden aan de bank op te halen, maar je weigerde ook deze oplossing. Toen je geen geld ontving, liet je deze negatieve beoordeling achter, wat lijkt te zijn geprobeerd om een korting te krijgen.

We zijn er trots op bijna alleen positieve ervaringen met onze klanten te hebben en een hoge beoordeling te behouden. Helaas komt het steeds vaker voor dat sommige klanten beoordelingen gebruiken in een poging om geld of kortingen te krijgen.

Initially, you contacted us asking for assistance with assembling your sofa, which we promptly provided, offering helpful tips. At that stage, you sent us some images, and we directed you to where the assembly had gone wrong.

You then emailed us again, stating you could not complete the assembly and would make modifications to the sofa if we offered compensation. We requested that you send us further photos or videos showing where you were struggling, but you declined.

We offered a full refund and arranged for the sofa to be collected, but you also refused this solution. When you did not receive money, you left this negative feedback, which appears to be an attempt to get a discount.

We pride ourselves on having nearly all positive experiences with our customers and maintaining a high rating. Unfortunately, it is becoming more common for some customers to use reviews in an attempt to receive money or discounts.

Como le expliqué en nuestra correspondencia, la silla que compró es anterior a mi participación con la marca y también está fuera de su período de garantía. Desafortunadamente, no pude localizar el pedido ni ofrecer un reemplazo debido a que el modelo está descontinuado. A pesar de estas limitaciones, hice todo lo posible por ayudar, incluyendo ofrecerle un descuento en un modelo actual, el cual esperaba que pudiera servir como un gesto de buena voluntad.

Aunque entiendo su frustración, quiero asegurarle que la satisfacción del cliente es muy importante para mí y lamento no haber podido brindarle una solución que cumpliera con sus necesidades.

Si necesita asistencia para futuras compras, estaré encantado de ayudarle a encontrar algo que se alinee con sus expectativas.

As I explained in our correspondence, the chair you purchased predates my involvement with the brand and is also beyond its warranty period. Unfortunately, I was unable to locate the order or offer a replacement due to the model's discontinued status. Despite these limitations, I made every effort to assist, including offering a discount on a current model, which I hoped might serve as a goodwill gesture.

While I understand your frustration, I want to assure you that customer satisfaction is very important to me, and I regret that I could not provide a resolution that met your needs.

Should you require assistance with any future purchases, I would be more than happy to help you find something that aligns with your expectations.
