So I made an order online, choosing Market Cross as a local business. I ordered 2 items that were in stock an paid for next day delivery. 4 days later, half of the order was desptched, and received the following day. After a week I received a notification to say the second half of the order was despatched, but 10 days later nothing has turned up and Market across are not responding to any comms. A couple more days and I’ll be passing it my card provider to get the money back.

I made email contact with the Middlesbrough team to enquire about a men's luxury watch. Not only did I get an immediate response from the owner on a Sunday afternoon but the follow+up by store staff was superb. The purchase was arranged with support online and the whole process was simple and with the guidance of a very professional staff team the beautiful watch arrived within 24 hrs. The cost of this watch matched anything we could find in-store and online. Thanks to everyone at the Middlesbrough headquarters a very positive experience and will definitely be back in the future for another watch.....for me this time!

Second time reviewing this company as trust pilot removed first and even after sending proof I had brought from market cross review is still not been reinstated

I placed an order online for a bangle which was being sold at a fantastic price (saved me £23) and the ordering process was very easy. Free recorded delivery also. I received confirmation of my order straight after purchasing along with any order updates and to my delight my bangle got delivered the very next day. Extremely pleased with my experience with this company and would definitely recommend to others.

Online the Metro centre opening hours for this store is 9am to 9pm. I would have awarded zero stars as waited from 9am to 9.25am while staff sat and drank coffee/tea and talked to each other.Then decided not to waste any more time.

Very helpful staff, my husband purchased a Brietling watch for me, they got a great selection in for him to view. They even altered the watch strap so it would fit straight away as it was a surprise gift. I would highly recommend.

I rarely would write a review, but I feel like these guys deserve one!
I ordered two bracelets during the week. Within a few hours, a member of the team, James, sent me an email, saying that there was a mixup with stock and my ordered items weren't available. I was disappointed but I ordered two different bracelets instead. The order was changed promptly and efficiently, and I received my order within 24hrs (even across the water to Northern Ireland!).

I was impressed with the professional handling of this situation and quick delivery, with lovely boxes/bags included. Excellent customer service. Would recommend ordering from Market Cross Jewellers definitely!

Ordered my partner a watch…… 5 weeks later still no watch!!! After numerous emails between the shop and Royal Mail (which isn’t my job) I was told by market cross jewellers to “contact police” so of course I did to be told by police it’s not my case to call as it’s between shop and Royal Mail, 5 weeks of wasted time and so much stress about the whole situation.
Emails back to myself have been passing the book and I’m still no further forward just out of pocket and no watch for Christmas.

Bought sterling silver St Christopher and upgraded chain to curb chain from 60 Linthorpe Road, Middlesbrough. To start with they ignored me then almost tried to give me and my wife the bums rush, maybe because i'm disabled maybe because i don't dress posh enough for them. Less than 48 hours later and the chain has snapped due to a faulty design first link is welded and has shattered. Rang up and i am told most likely its my fault its been pulled or yanked, really i'm nearly 50 not a yob how dumb do you think i am?. Told them i moved my neck and it just dropped oh no that's my fault in that case the fact it is cheap tat like Ratner's used to sell is what?. These people are happy to take my money then treat me like scum for their shortcomings and money grabbing desires. Even Del Boy has better after sales so i now have to find a local jeweller to fix a 2 day old chain because i got scammed by con artists on the high street. I have an idea next time i want any jewellery i will go to the Goldsmiths instead and deal with a pro if i want cowboys i will deal with John Wayne and for respect i will deal with Dignitas.

Having spent a few weeks selecting a new watch to purchase I have visited several stores on Teesside.
Finally I decided to buy from Market Cross, Middlesbrough, after a thoroughly enjoyable experience with the Watch Manager Matthew. Even after trying on most of the store stock to ensure I had made the right decision Matthew remained engaging and professional. His knowledge and infectious personality made the whole experience a positive one and I will certainly return again. Thanks you Matthew 🙂

I took my white gold rind to be cleaned £45 after 3 weeks they said the stones were loose and it would cost £375 to secure the stones and clean it. I decided to take it to hallmark who cleaned it for £22 and was ready in a week and never mentioned loose stones at all. I'm disgusted with this company and will never go there again.

I placed an order for 2 nomination charms and the order arrived very quickly but unfortunately I only received one of the charms. I called the company and they were quick to answer and told me not to worry, they would have the missing charm in the post the next day. As promised, the missing charm arrived very quickly. Overall a great experience and fantastic customer service in my experience. Thanks!

Ordered a watch online and recieved it on time and all in order, apart from the little instruction booklet which was for another model,i emailed marketcross and they posted the correct one to me.
So i am very pleased with the product and the service thanks.

I ordered a swarovski bracelet from Market Cross, as they were the most competitive on price. When I ordered it it said it was in stock and items would usually be dispatched within 24 hours, which was crucial as it was a birthday present and I needed it. About a week after ordering, the order status had not changed and so I sent them an email to see when it would arrive, to which I never received a reply. A few days after that I phoned them up and was told they did not have stock of my item, despite it still showing as in stock online, and that they would receive it in about a week and then it would be posted to me. Around 3 weeks after ordering, I finally received my item, albeit too late for the birthday it was intended for. Very poor service.

Many thanks to Shelly, the lady who served me at Morpeth Branch this morning while i was choosing some nomination charms for my partner for Christmas very pleasant and very friendly,

I ordered a Hugo Boss bracelet and it arrived the next day, excellent service. Bracelet just as advertised.

I ordered on the 15th of April and was sent the incorrect item, they were very helpful and told me to send back the incorrect bracelet and they would refund me the delivery and send the correct item. I received the delivery cost back, however I have never received the correct bracelet. I have sent numerous emails asking for a refund and I have had nothing back from them. Very disappointed that I am now out of pocket with no contact at all from them. I am now having to open a PayPal dispute in order to try to get my money back.

I’ve ordered around two weeks again and my order still says order dispatched and now I’m starting to worry I really hope this is not a scam. I tried contacting their number and just lead me to operator saying I dialed 0. I’m just confused and want to know if I’m getting my order and very frustrated with no one to contact.
