After ordering an item 5 days before my husbands ‘big birthday’ I enquired about delivery times. Mark told me items are usually posted within 2-3 weeks. I explained that I needed the Item asap. I received excellent communication and an email the following day to say that the item had been made and engraved ready to post first class the following day. It arrived 2 days later in plenty of time and my hubby loves his present. Thank you Mark Lloyd for going above and beyond for me and making my husband’s birthday extra special.

HAD PERIDO 3 TRIANGLE STONE RING MISSING STONE, THEY SOURCED ANOTHER PERFECTLY MATCHED COLOUR AND REPAIRED. EXCELLENT SKILLED JEWELLER WHO ALSO REPAIRED BROKEN VERY DELICATE GOLD ANTIQUE SNAKE RING. LOVE THEIR WORK.

Feel lucky to have Mark Lloyd close at hand as his workmanship is always first class. Whether he is doing a repair or designing something from scratch he is a perfectionist and obviously loves his job - which always helps.

Mark is a fantastic master crafstman I have had my wedding ring remodeled and I was exceptionally happy with it also I lost the diamond out of my engagement ring this was repaired and cleaned and looked like new. I would not hesitate to recommend Mark and his staff all very helpful.

Mark is an amazing craftsman who has repaired A couple of pieces of jewellery for me. I was thrilled by his results that went beyond my expectations. I would not go anywhere else and highly recommend him to anyone needing a repair, design a piece of jewellery to your own specification and more.

Mark repaired my full diamond eternity band when I lost a diamond . His staff coordinated the repair with my insurance company as I only wanted Mark to work on it. The service is first class , the staff are all very friendly and helpful . My ring came back in first class condition , cleaned beautifully. Thank you Mark Lloyd, you are a Master Craftsman .

Five years ago Mark designed and made our wonderful wedding rings. From assorted family jewellery and a vague brief he really ‘got’ what we were after. Our rings are unique and always admired.
Since then I have returned several times to buy special gifts. Quality and service are both superb. Mark will always be first choice.

i cant praise staff and Mark enough , i found my mothers old eternity ring ( 1950 design) had it cleaned and dipped to restore it, its stunning i wear it every day now , the staff were equally as pleased as i was with the end result

My daughter recommended Mark to me (he made her wedding ring) when I was looking into adding diamonds to my Grandma's wedding ring that was handed to me when she passed away. It was a plain gold band that I took into him and he showed me some samples of what could be done. I picked out the one that was the style I had in mind and left it with him along with my Dad's ring that I also had when he passed away, which I wanted re-shaped and cleaned. After a few weeks they were ready to collect, they were stunning/gorgeous/beautiful everything I had hoped for and more, couldn't thank Mark enough for the amazing job he had done.

I was heart broken when my lovely engagement ring fractured at the shoulder joint. I had one consultation from the shop where it was purchased from in Newcastle. They told me it couldn't be repaired. My husband wanted to buy me a new ring, I wanted my old ring, I wanted all the precious metal and the diamond and the sentiment !. After a wonderful , warm consultation with Mark and Co I designed what I wanted. My old ring, precious metal and diamond refashioned. I little bit more white gold had to be added to the design but the result was simple amazing. Thank you .

Mark lloyd, made a beautiful pendant i had designed, made from my late husbands wedding ring and my engagement ring, brilliant eye for detail, fast efficiant service, thank you , i treasure this piece of jewellry and never take it of, highly recommended for bespoke pieces, will go back again.

I went to Mark to have my wedding band made. I had something specific in my head to fit next to my engagement ring and it came out better than I had ever imagined. He was so very helpful! He cleaned my engagement ring up for me too. The service I received was amazing and if I wanted any more bespoke jewellery made I would go straight to Mark again.

Mark was a pleasure to work with. He designed and made my very special engagement ring from pictures and ideas I had drawn. The finished piece is beautiful and finished to an incredibly professional standard. I can't wait to get back to planning our wedding rings!

I visited Mark Lloyd’s with his wedding ring. The staff were very pleasant and courtesy and understanding due to the circumstances
After a lovely consultation, Mark Lloyd made me a wonderful wedding ring and a pair of stud earrings from my husbands wedding ring and a lovely and considerate touch was that he was able to keep the hallmarks in the ring
They kept me informed of progress and on collection day again they were lovely and courteous
I couldn’t fault the service I received and would not hesitate to use Mark Lloyd’s again
