Not to deer not to cheap its just righttttt

I ordered an item online to the Fareham store, and went to collect it on a Bank Holiday Monday. The store was understaffed, but not busy. I rang the bell twice on the counter, and after five minutes went to find a staff member. She was clearly irritated and being taken away from the changing rooms with no-one in it, and came over tutting and stomping. She tried to refuse me my item as I didn't have the paperwork, just the item number on my smartphone - but I showed her that it doesn't mention anywhere on the e-mail it had to be printed out - she had a copy of the e-mail order on my phone, she had my id including picture id - and she could take my phone with her to find my order. This was met with more disgust, tutting and stomping and she went out the back - it took her around one minute to find my order. She then threw it on the desk - a bra in a clear bag - without an offer of a bag. When I asked her for one there apparently wasn't one under the counter she was on - without looking. Disgraceful, and a coincidence surely that my Mother in Law had just decided to no longer use the food hall weekly as the staff are so rude there.

What a store holds quailty items still the top store

M & S not only offer superb online deals and very fast delivery but back it up with their excellent customer services should you need it.

I feel M&S is a trustworthy store who do care about customer service. They offer good value, well designed products but sometimes their buyers lose the way with their choices!

I have bought both online and in store some amazing clothing at very competitive prices and they always have suitable clothing for the older woman. Their sizes are the biggest range there are compared with other department stores.

M&S alway provide good product at a good price, i wish more companie were like M&S.

I had £35 in vouchers for years, and couldn't find anything to buy. Finally bought trousers but your lengths are different to everyone else ?????? -- 29in, 31 in and Normal, why are yours 28, 30, 32. I chucked them out in the end.
Don't know what people see in their produce. Sainsbury's clothing is better and all the supermarkets have better food - is it just a snob thing?

Also cafes (I've tried two) are pretty dire. Coffee is tasteless and couldn't find anything worth eating - ok I'm vegetarian, but even the snacks and cookies were unappealing. Tesco, Asda and Morrisons all do cafes better.

M & S is the best department store online and instore. Great quality, prices and fantastic customer service!

These people know how to run a business! Thehave an excellent range of goods of very high quality at extremely competitive prices. Delivery is easy to arrange, they don't overcharge for it either.

Love M&S' stock these days. A little overpriced on occasion, quite good in the sales.

Wanted a washing machine, go messed about by another supplier. M&S had one and it was delivered next day, Slightly higher prices but's it's reflected in the service.

Food items to expensive

Very good, sizing can be sometimes be not quite right, returns service excellent
