I bought Electronic timers, both have a problem, you cannot push a 13amp male plug into the timers, i forced one in to make it work. The 2nd one, i could not get a male plug in , only 2 thirds of the way. Ive emailed this company 4 times for a refund NO ANSWER from Mars. Worst company ive ever dealt with. I suggest not buying anything from them. There after sales is utter garbage!

I bought my light over a year ago and will say it if the best light I've bought in a long time plants love it. Havent had any issues as of over a year later plants still love it!

Buying products from Marshydro was a easy and fast service came well packaged and discreetly looking i definitely had a great experience and will shop again.

I purchased my second growth light (Mars Hydro TSL 2000 Full Spectrum Dimmable 300W LED Grow Light SKU: TSL-2000) in 2025 and have to say this was definitely the best light to have in the market.

The light is intended for vegetables and roses that my mother grows in the basement. It keeps the plants nice and warm during the winter months in MA. Definitely buying them again and referring others to buy as well!

Initially I bought a mars hydro 4 x 4 tent brand new from a friend who got it but couldn't put it to use cuz he had children at the house. After purchasing the tent I hadn't fully researched Mars Hydro so I ended up buying a vivoson grow light and it works great, but it was much more expensive than a similar light from Mars Hydro. Shortly after purchasing that light, I I really checked into the Mars Hydro website and realized my $$ would go a lot further if I spent it with Mars Hydro. So I bought two more similar sized lights from them and it was off to the races. Now this is my second attempt at writing a review and even though certain laws were passed in Minnesota that took effects August 1st of about 3 years ago. I guess I'll just say that my strawberries have been going very well since I purchased these items from Mars Hydro. Recently. I purchased a four bucket hydroponic setup from them as well and it was dirt cheap. It's also very easy to set up and use even for an idiot like myself. Things are going very well but I'm still in the early stages of The process. Based on the results so far though, I foresee a very positive results in the future. So in the famous words of a great thinker of my time "chickadee check yourself before you wreck yourself" and just buy your stuff from these folks. Value for your money = good. Quality of the stuff they offer = good. You deciding to buy your stuff from another place = Fine! Then you can't come to my birthday party and we aren't best friends anymore!

I had high expectations for MarsHydro given their reputation and the amount I’ve invested in their ecosystem, but this experience has been very disappointing.

I purchased their “Auto Humidity System”, which is marketed as a complete solution. Unfortunately, the system failed in a critical way — the float mechanism got stuck and caused repeated water leakage, resulting in significant amounts of water on my floor on two separate occasions.

While support has been responsive, the resolution process has been frustrating. Despite the product clearly being sold and marketed as a complete system, they insist on treating components separately when it comes to responsibility. This has led to unreasonable proposals where I’m expected to either pay extra for a working solution or accept a partial refund that leaves me with unusable parts.

As a customer who has spent a significant amount of money within their ecosystem, I expected a smoother and more customer-focused resolution. Instead, it has felt like a negotiation to minimize cost rather than a genuine effort to resolve a faulty product.

This experience has significantly affected my confidence in MarsHydro, and I will be looking at alternative brands going forward.

Ich habe mir einen 5L Luftbefeuchter bei MarsHydro gekauft, und das war ein riesiger Fehler. Bereits nach wenigen Wochen war das Gerät defekt. Immerhin bekam ich nach Reklamation zunächst Ersatz, so wie es gesetzlich vorgeschrieben ist.

Doch damit fing der eigentliche Ärger erst an:

Das Ersatzgerät ging kurze Zeit später mit exakt dem gleichen Defekt kaputt. Offensichtlich handelt es sich hier nicht um einen Einzelfall, sondern um minderwertige Qualität.

Nach erneuter Reklamation wurde ich erstmal mit typischem Support-Theater hingehalten:
Fotos schicken, eBay-Transaktionsnummer, Bestellnummer, alles mehrfach nachreichen. Ich habe sofort alles geliefert, trotzdem wurde der Prozess künstlich in die Länge gezogen. Dann hieß es plötzlich, ein Techniker müsse sich das anschauen.

Und dann der Hammer:
Die Reklamation wurde einfach abgelehnt mit der Begründung, dass sie nur 1 Jahr Garantie auf Luftbefeuchter geben.

Was hier komplett ignoriert wird:
Nach deutschem Gewährleistungsrecht beginnt bei einer Ersatzlieferung die Frist erneut. Das scheint MarsHydro entweder nicht zu wissen, oder es wird bewusst ignoriert.

Der Kundenservice ist schlichtweg unterirdisch:
• extrem langsame Antworten
• keine Kulanz
• keinerlei Verständnis für geltendes Recht
• man wird einfach abgewimmelt

Ich bin seit über 15 Jahren im Grow-Bereich unterwegs und kann mit voller Überzeugung sagen:
Das ist der schlechteste Händler, den ich je erlebt habe.

Ich werde meine Erfahrungen auch auf YouTube, Instagram und Facebook teilen, um andere vor diesem Laden zu warnen.

Wer sich Ärger sparen will, sollte lieber direkt bei vernünftigen Anbietern kaufen wie
Vivosun oder AC Infinity, dort funktioniert der Support wenigstens professionell und kundenorientiert.

Ich habe von den Gesprächen und allem Bilder gemacht und werde es an meine Rechtschutzversicherung melden.

Fazit: Finger weg von MarsHydro. Schlechte Qualität trifft auf noch schlechteren Kundenservice.

After recently purchasing a few things from Mars, I had to leave a review just to say thankyou. The purchase, delivery and functionality of everything is great and after reaching out to them a couple of times with questions about their products, they respond promptly and succinctly. Thanks so much Mars, I cannot recommend them enough.

Perfect grow light for cold climates. Wonderful to be able to grow all things from lettuce, peppers, and tomatoes over winter.

I own a TS 1000 and this thing is great. I've been using this light for over 3 years now and it hasn't skipped a beat. Not only has it produced some really impressive plants but also for a really good price.
I would recommend this light to anyone starting out.

Application - useless
Sensors - useless
Lights - great for manual use (dont ever trust their application)
Tent - leaking
IHub 10 - disconnecting
App - measures data how it wants, measures wrong, stops working.
Fans - squeaking after 4 months
Dripper system - better flood your growroom, it is better than whatever this was supposed to be
Ducting - tearing apart, blow at it with your mouth and there will be a hole - my house smelled like weed x times cus of their useless products.
Humidifier - failed to detect no water and overheated

They should make a living by polishing shoes on trainstation. This is far, far, FAR, beyond their capabilities. I would actually wonder if anyone from that company was capable to wear shoes with shoelaces.

Love it!!!😎. VPD stays in range way better compared to Mars Hydro 5L Humidifier. No more having to go and adjust the humidity settings like on the 5L Humidifier. The biggest improvement for me is sensor, no more two temp/humidity sensors, and it connects to Icontroller, huge plus too. You can see the environmental status all from the Mars Pro app and make changes at home or if you’re on the go.
With that said, I ordered another one to replace the 5L one running another tent.

Been using Mars Hydro products for years. I bought 2 TS1000s 5 years ago, and I still use them to this day, for germination all the way to flower, and still give amazing results. Ive had both the 6500 and 4500 as well. Amazing lights

Good company and products, I got their entire smart system and they are better priced than average for the tech provided. Their customer support gets back to you and I haven't had a problem with them.

Warranty issues took so long to resolve that this company is not to be trusted
