I am very satisfied with the product. The quality, design, and price are all well aligned and meet expectations. The setup process was straightforward and completed quickly. Everything worked immediately and without any issues.

Im very satisfied i spent a lot of money on this sote and i have mever had problem even when my ph meter broke somehow i sent email to support and now i got a new one on the way free of charge support is great communication was great when i came here to write a review i was quite shocked by the amount of 1 star reviews i had a great shopping and support experience

My experience with spider farmer is completely satisfactory, their products are of great quality, the application as well as the devices work professionally. I have had a small problem with a device and the customer service is impressive, very fluid communication and they solved the problem the same day. I am recommending this system to other growers.

La commande etait Bundle Pre-Sale | Newest Version Spider Farmer 4 Tier Plant Stand With 1680D Grow Tent, Grow Lights 108W With 4 pcs Seed Starter Trays et je n'ai recu que 4 pcs Seed Starter Trays colis affiché 1/1 donc un seul carton, pas de tente de culture.La boite affiché un poids de 0.576kg donc pas de souci la dessus, la tente n'a jamais était envoyé.J'envoie un e-mail pas de réponse, un deuxième ...un troisième, lettre morte ...Obligé d'aller porter plainte demain éviter ce magasin

Mijn betaling werd door Spider Farmer EU ontvangen, maar ze bleven volhouden dat ze de transactie “niet konden vinden”.
Zelfs nadat ik het officiële ARN van de bank had aangeleverd, bleef support alles ontkennen en weigerden ze elke vorm van oplossing of refund.

Wekenlang kreeg ik alleen standaardreacties en afschuiven. Uiteindelijk moest ik via mijn bank een chargeback starten om mijn eigen geld terug te krijgen.

Dit blijkt geen incident te zijn: veel andere klanten melden exact hetzelfde probleem.
Mijn ervaring: totaal onbetrouwbare verwerking van betalingen, geen verantwoordelijkheid en geen enkele bereidheid om problemen op te lossen.

Op basis van mijn ervaring adviseer ik iedereen om hier NIET te bestellen.

One fan broke down rather qick but custumer support was very helpful and it got replaced without problems.

1 fan had a Bearing damage but the support was good and helpful and responded really fast . No discussion, they send fast the fan to me .

I had an issue with a GGS Controller that suddenly stopped working. The Spider Farmer support team responded very quickly, guided me through the diagnostics, and arranged a replacement without any complications. Their communication was clear, friendly, and efficient. It’s great to see a company that truly stands behind its products.

I also really appreciate the overall Spider Farmer ecosystem — the way their devices work together makes growing much easier and more reliable. I’m looking forward to seeing new products and further improvements.

If I could suggest one feature for the future, it would be the option to synchronize a second pump for mixing the nutrient solution in the reservoir before irrigation. This would be extremely useful for automated setups.

mit dem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis bin ich zufrieden, die Produkte machen genau das was sie sollen & der Support ist super … (über die App gibt es immer gute Angebote🤫😉)

ich bekomme innerhalb kürzester Zeit eine Antwort und Support-Unterstützung, wenn Geräte defekt gehen bekam ich bisher immer unverzüglich ein neues zugeschickt (war meist innerhalb von 4 Tagen vor Ort) oder der Support ging mit mir zusammen auf Fehlersuche …

ich würde mir wünschen das die Geräte ein kleines bisschen zuverlässiger sind aber ich denke das liegt einfach an der Produktion in China, ansonsten bin ich sehr zufrieden mit dem Unternehmen und deren Produkten 👍🏼

​Ich bin absolut zufrieden mit dem Spider Farmer Smart G12. Das Vollspektrum-Licht lässt meine Kräuter extrem schnell wachsen und der 6-Liter-Tank ist im Alltag super praktisch, da man seltener nachfüllen muss. Die Steuerung über die App funktioniert und macht die Handhabung kinderleicht. Ein klasse System für alle, die ohne viel Aufwand frisches Grün in der Küche wollen. Absolute Kaufempfehlung!

Everything runs perfectly, very glad have chose Spider Farmer. I already have the goods since February. The assistance was great, one article arrived with problems and they immediately send another and after a few weeks a sensor stopped and they send another again. Very good assistance, good products, nice choice, I'm very happy.

Personally, I'm completely satisfied with Spiderfarmer. There was a minor issue, but I was immediately and easily offered a satisfactory solution, so both sides are happy.
