La commande etait Bundle Pre-Sale | Newest Version Spider Farmer 4 Tier Plant Stand With 1680D Grow Tent, Grow Lights 108W With 4 pcs Seed Starter Trays et je n'ai recu que 4 pcs Seed Starter Trays colis affiché 1/1 donc une boite pas de tente de culture.Sur mon compte bien sur envoyé effectué.La boite affiché un poids de 560 gr donc pas de souci la dessus la tente n'a jamais était envoyé.J'envoie un email pas de réponse, un deuxiÚme ...un troisiÚme lettre morte ...Obligé d'aller porter plainte demain éviter ce magasin

The best package items I've ever had

The fan started squeaking after only a


The fan started squeaking after only a short period of use and then failed completely. While the product durability was disappointing, the support was excellent. They were very fast, and the replacement was delivered to Germany within just 3 days. Good service, but the hardware needs improvement.

I’m having issue returning a watering


I’m having issue returning a watering system I just bought and not going to use there telling me they will give me 10 bucks and to keep it lol it cost 100 or I could pay for the return myself when site says free return with it 30 days and it hasn’t been close to 30 days this isn’t my fist issues with them emails being rude or something Ive spent a lot of money I have 6 grow lights 3 1000watts 1 800watt 1 730 wat and a 300 watt a complete 3x3 grow tent kit ph meter the big surge protector and the little one 2 par meter that might be it I’m not happy with the customer service one but not sure if it even a real person on the emails

Since now nothing bad

Since now nothing bad . They are super dispo to resolve problems or simply answer to questions. I had a problem with a sensor and they replaced it immediately afyer havin the right proves. I have a controller, sensors ,room, Heater ,fan and ventilatin fan all spider farmer and i have to say its a great thing . Room is super strong controller has lot of quality specs .

Tengo que agradecer enormemente a Lynn de atención al cliente de SpiderFarmer. Tuve un problema con mi driver de un quantum board sf2000evo en un momento delicado, y contacté con ellos y aunque tardamos unos días en recabar la información, me ofrecieron un reemplazo, pero yo les dije que quería un modelo superior que tenía pensado comprar en el futuro y llegué a un acuerdo y pagando una diferencia de precio me enviaron el modelo que quería totalmente nuevo. Pese a que tuve que acabar mi cultivo con otro foco que tenía de menos potencia por el tiempo de envío (desde Europa 4-5 días de envío y en total 10-12 días ) , al menos vi compensado el problema y Lynn tuvo mucha paciencia por mi nerviosismo. Se lo agradezco mucho .

Quality is questionable & Poor Service

Quality is questionable, "Gloria" who is an AI Agent , seems answer the emails with absolute no real person connect.
LED Lights are very low quality, it breaks just on looking at it, they do not replace, do not refund.. i will NEVER ever use this products, you can find all my products selling on ebay, as its low quality, low quality control and very annoying service .

Absolut unfÀhiger Laden, ich warte seit 4 Monaten auf eine RÌckerstattung. Lasst die Finger von dem Unternehmen und gebt lieber etwas mehr Geld aus. Der Kundenservice ist absolut nicht vorhanden. Es wird einfach nur Zeit geschunden, ich werde einen Gerichtsvollzieher einschalten mÌssen.

Excellent customer service by Lynn!

I had a complex case with a return (SF2000) and a new order (SE4500), plus a warranty issue with a CO2 sensor. Lynn was incredibly professional, fast, and helpful throughout the whole process. They even sent me a brand new GGS Sensor Pro Lite instead of just a part! I am very satisfied with Spider Farmer's products and their outstanding support. Highly recommended!

Spider Farmer is a scam

Spider Farmer is a scam, I spent close to $2000 with them and there products are garbage, it is just all rebranded items from China, with zero customer support, nothing works as it should, and when you try to return anything they just give you the run around, I contacted several times to let them know and all they do is tell you to send them a video of what is not working, how can you send a video of the items not working? they are just thieves and scammers, I have been growing for over 30 years and wanted a automatic set up, you will not get that from them, save your money and just get the basic components and put them on timers, all the nonsense they tell you it will do does not happen.

Great Support from Lynn at spiderfarmer

I had a little problem but Lynn from the customer support helped me to find a solution everyone was satisfied with. A win-win Situation for All of us.

I would choose spiderfarmer again and if i ever have a problem with their products i hope Lynn will be my customer support!!

Bought lamp from SF

Bought lamp from SF. Very good, sturdy and efficient lamp. Unfortunately, after a year of exploitation dimmer died off. After a short dialog with support they did send me 95% working unit. Not sure what was other 5% but it is as good as new with hangers and Ethernet cabel. Just paid 15€ for delivery, nothing more.
Great service, nice equipment.
